This is a small strip mall with a Rite Aid as the biggest store on the North end.The pharmacist Laurel is very friendly and helpful.There are small store to the south from restaurants to real estate...at least last time I looked. The smaller shops turn over a bit. Low selection but then again it is MI.

Parking aisles are a bit wacky and the whole place is dated. Retail mix is a bit odd. It's ready for a scrape-off to add mixed-use (but keep the Pagliacci outparcel) if it can pencil out. I recommend either two or three stories, as a step down between the taller building to the north and the park south.
