“I had a great experience at the Arc point Renton office. The staff was very receptive to my questions. They were very profession and sanitary. They used proper collection equiptment ( a sterile collection cup not a dixie cup) and I am very satisfied with my experience there.”

Some of their services are free, the others come at a very reasonable price, and the staff are very friendly.In addition, if you are pregnant or know someone who is pregnant this is a good place to go for free or inexpensive care at the beginning of pregnancy. “Great experience. I had a test kit sent to me that required blood draw that wasn't from my normal doc so labcorp wouldn't work. No issues going here. Sumita (I believe was here name) was great and drew blood quickly and painlessly. Recommend if you have a kit that requires draw and labcorp isn't an option.”

Sadly they no longer offer parking validation due to a new parking payment system. The parking payment charge you 1 buck for service fee which is annoying and hence one less star”

“I think lifeline screening is helping people to find our health issue in early stage. Lots of tests they provided are not covered by most insurance. They are relatively low cost. This helps both people who have insurance covered by employers and people who retired. I have been taken lifeline screen tests in past 10 plus years (do it in some year). First time I did I found out couple of important issues. I got alert and changed my diet and my supplement immediately and continue to monitoring these tests in the following years and found my diet helped. I told my relatives also take the screen tests. I would recommended them to everyone especially to people who retired. I just found that they received rating here not so good. They deserve better than that!”

She was so great the first time I met her, that I drove out of my way the second time to make sure I came back. She is fantastic, and I will get my blood drawn here every time because of her. “Yes, this place is understaffed. It is a one person location. She is extremely busy.HOWEVER, I always come here and choose to wait because she is one of the best phlebotomist in the area. I have terrible veins and she is so good at finding my veins and it goes so smoothly. I would recommend this place to anybody with difficult veins.”

“Labcorp at 4330 Medical Arts Center Building.I’ve read the poor reviews so was ready to deal with a long wait. Nope! I made an appt online. Checked in once I was in the parking lot. Walked into building and got a text they were ready for me. Went into office, checked in with receptionist and was seen within 5 minutes, on time for my set appt. Done in 5 minutes. Phlebotomist was excellent, got a vein in the first try.Biggest drawback was finding the building. You’ll need a few extra minutes to find the building in the complex. NOT in main hospital/ER building. Look for 4033 Medical Arts on side of building. Suite 240.I will say the waiting room was packed.”
“Evergreen Redmond and Kirkland has the best doctors, PAs, nurses, Xray techs, whole staff! People who listen to you. Care about your well being and are happy people.If you want to see real misery, Swedish in Seattle repeatedly is the worst. They outsource their doctors. They make you wait 8hrs+ to days in the ER.Evergreen ER recently, I took in my visiting mom and they saw her within 5 minutes and took care of her with golden gloves.The bad reviews seem to be about billing. It’s 2023/2024 where the healthcare system and they are also understaffed. Everything has gone up. It doesn’t mean it’s their fault.Swedish Cherry Hill ER made me wait 8 hours for a dislocated elbow lying doctor was coming from First Hill, when in fact he was an outsourced on call person who asked me “so where are you really from?” Instead of setting the bones first, which he was inept at after 5 doctors and techs tried to. I did not want Dr. Jimmy Daruwalla of Hand Surgery to touch me so I lifted up my arm and set it myself.then the xray tech bent my arm and popped it out with no apology and disappeared.you will never get that kind of ineptitude at Evergreen!”

“I had a great experience here! The phlebotomist was professional as well as personable. Although I realize some days are busier than others, today, there was no wait time at all. So maybe I was lucky. Even so, the location is so convenient that I could have done some grocery shopping while waiting.”
“I booked an appt online, signed in when I parked, and went to the waiting room. I was called within 5 minutes and they asked the name of my doc, then confirmed the tests that would be needed. I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”
“Karen is the queen of blood draws. Never had so little pain for the procedure in my life. Her precision and speed is top tier. She's an expert in her field and they're lucky to have her at this facility. Normally the drive down here would keep me away, but having a competent MA behind the needle will keep me coming back. She is VERY busy down here, and sometimes hard to contact, just keep trying. If you require phlebotomy due to a condition, Karen is worth the drive.”
