Very bad experiences. For my assessment, the trainer told me she did not set up every right due to the rain. OK～ . Then，for my first class ( 7:30am on Saturday morning), the trainer did not show up without notice. I called and left messages to the manager but did not hear back until late night. I canceled my classes and requested for a full refund. They told me since I did an assessment, they need to charge me $330. Who will do an assessment if you can not start your training？Cannot believe they are running business like this.

Very nice and clean facility. I never feel like it is packed to the point of being unable to find an exercise to do. I love their hours and everyone there has been so nice and accommodating. Equipment is all new and there seem to be plenty of good trainers to pick from if you are looking for that. The location is also great.

Had the opportunity to work out with Dani today. She is awesome and put me through my paces. Great personal training facility willing to work with all fitness levels. Both my sister and mother have gone here for years . Highly recommend you check it out.
