I’ve had some bad incidents with them.
First, they stained a brand new white linen shirt and when I brought it back they charged me to clean it again and remove the stain.
Second, they gave my dry cleaning to someone else. Luckily, it was recovered.
Third, they broke the zipper on a suit I had only worn once. And, once again, they charged me to repair it.

I have been very happy with the service, quality, and speed of everything I've dropped off at Corry's on M.I. Recently, I had them wash and dry a king-sized down comforter that would barely fit into my washer and it came back looking like new. They are service-oriented and they charge fair prices. My multiple experiences here with dry-cleaning, alterations, and now washing/drying my comforter have exceeded my expectations.

I have been getting my nice clothing dry cleaned at Corry’s for the past 10+ years. They have always done a great job? This time I got my 5 year old ski jacket dry cleaned and now it looks like brand new. Thank you ! ?

HORRIBLE. First and last time coming here. My red coat was completely DAMAGED and her excuse was that the jacket is old (which is not). My white Canada Goose coat still with uncleaned spots, and you cannot appreciate it as much in the photos but looking yellow instead of white. Still, she charged me 99.09 for the bad job. She offered to try again, but why would I do that after she damaged my red coat? AVOID.

Happy with the service and the price I paid. Needed a pair of pants mended, cleaned, and pressed. They did excellent work—I will be back.

I have been coming to this cleaner for more than a decade, and I have a mixed feeling.The cleaning service itself is generally good. I had some bad experiences with other cleaners, such unable to remove stains etc, but so far it seems that Corry's could do everything. If they couldn't, they would mark it and let me know, which I do appreciate. I understand some stains are just impossible to be removed, but I want to make sure that at least the cleaner has tried.However, once I brought in a down comforter, that was labeled for dry cleaning only, and I asked for dry cleaning. Without discussing with me first, they water-washed it. I did not know it. When I picked it up, it was stored in a plastic bag. I did not open it until winter time. (I picked it up in summer time.) When I opened it in winter time, the comforter smelled like mold. stinky mold. The smell was so strong that we couldn't fall asleep. I tried to use my dryer to see if it could reduce some smell, but in vain. Then I had to bring back to ask them to re-do it. The young guy at the counter claimed that he could not smell anything. I seriously questioned his sense of smell. I also told him that this was labeled for dry cleaning only, but he insisted that this should be water washed. At the beginning, he did not want to re-do as he claimed that nothing was wrong about it, but later he gave in and agreed to re-do it with an unpleasant attitude. The comforter after being washed again was okay as a result. When I picked it up, it was an older woman at the counter, who apologized for the bad experience I had got. Therefore, their customer service is really depending on which person. Since Covid pandemic, they shortened the hours, so now it becomes impossible for me to stop by. Who will be available to pick up by 3 pm on a regular weekday when we work full time?!

They have done a very good job with cleaning my white comforter. They are prompt with email responses and have free pick up and delivery too!

Very unhappy that the alteration I had done was priced very differently than the amount quoted to me without any notice, opportunity to cancel the order, or even recognition that the amount they charged me was different than what was promised until I asked. Not professional. Don't use this business for alterations unless you get their quote in writing and they promise if they change the price they will contact you for permission before starting work.
