“Exceptional Service and Great Value! Highly Recommended!I had an outstanding experience at this auto shop/gas station, and I highly recommend it for two main reasons:1. Competitive Pricing: On 10/20/2023, the premium gas price here was only $5.60, a significant saving compared to the $6.23 I saw at the Chevron station up north.2. Trustworthy Service Shop: Jeff from the service department is simply the best in the area. You're in good hands with him; there's no nonsense. He focuses precisely on what needs fixing and ensures it's done right. It's refreshing to have someone so reliable for car maintenance and repairs.”

“Their mechanics are the best I've met in Seattle.I got a deep sidewall cut on the bridge and had to stop at Mercer Island with a completely deflated tire. Stopped a few blocks away from the station. These guys helped me put my spare on, then at their shop looked at my regular tire and found the sidewall cut. They refused any tips because it was "so simple". Wasn't simple for me!Everything was quick and took maybe 15 min. They showed me everything they were doing and explained things. I've been to many of the big name tire shops in the area and they'd put me on wait for 2h for a simple service like this. These are honest knowledgeable folks that I'll trust for any car work I need moving forward.”

“My teenager needed his breaks done and we took it to Les Schwab for an estimate. He could not afford the $1400 bill so we took the car to Brad at Shell Station. I heard good things about him and I thought I'd see how much he would charge. The whole thing cost $600 out of the door and it was done the same day. Thank you for not charging an arm and a leg just because you can.”

“If you think you can go into a pharmacy these days and not run into long lines or occasional confusion, then you must not be leaving in Seattle or even the United States. Pharmacies and closing, staff are in short supply and we are still plagued with supply chain shortages. Yet, Mercer Island Rite Aid Pharmacy almost always rises above these challenges. The pharmacists are excellent and two of them, Parisa and Bernice have taken care of my family for decades. Out of necessity, they are always training new employees. I find the new staff to always be polite and to do their best. You will get a better experience at Rite than just about any place I can imagine; just to be sure to factor in what the current state of the pharmacy business is before you do an arbitrary review. They are great!!Dave”

“There's a hero who work at this Walgreens, and he is in the photo department! Sir, I can't remember your name, but when we needed late night last minute photos for passports taken, we called and Walgreens answered on a random Tuesday evening! Upon arrival, the photo backdrop was ready and not even 12 minutes later we walked out with printed passport ready photos when we'd arrived 15 minutes before the store closed, you made our night and our trip! Thank you, Walgreens. You get my gold star!”

“Definitely understaffed at times, but I must say these blokes do a proper job of taking care of everyone, treating people like human beings and such. Funny story, I once caused a bit of a stir, accusing them of having shorted me on a prescription. They kindly offered to let me see the security cam footage! Turned out I was mistaken. Loved how professional and customer-oriented they were about it.Of course everyone leaving a review here has some grievance. But having been here 10+ times, I find the staff unusually kind and solution-oriented. So 5/5”
