Over priced and not great service. While they do a good job on your nails the service itself isn’t great. Pedicures are rushed even when you pay for the more expensive option.

The express pedicure I received here was the absolute bare minimum, I was not happy with my service for $45 + tip. I am familiar with what an express pedicure is and this was not appropriate….There are plenty of other wonderful nail salons out there, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I've been looking for a good mani pedi place on Mercer Island, and I found what I was looking for at Cindy's Beauty Salon. The salon is clean and well-organized. The staff are polite and do a good job. The decor of the shop is nice and well-maintained. It also has some cute kiddie chairs for younger patrons. And parking is available immediately outside the salon. I recommend the salon to anyone.

Cindy’s Salon was recommended by a friend when I needed a nail repair. I was visiting from out of town and reluctant to try someone new. Heidi not only repaired my acrylic nails, I decided to have a new set of nails done by her and I’m so happy that I did. I had French nails done and they are gorgeous! Came here with my cousin, Alyssa(bride to be), for a mani pedi with foot spa. The owner, Tu, was above and beyond with accommodating us. Salon was very clean and they provide your own nail kit in a baggie to take home. Love my ombre nails, powder dip with tips by Hannah. She was very meticulous with her work. Definitely recommend this nail salon.

I've been travelling a lot lately and had my nails done at other salons from different states and countries . But Cindy's is the best so far! Their staff are all friendly and very precise with nails. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

I went here for a mani and pedi last Sunday and woke up with a bacterial infection in my toe the next day. My big toe is throbbing and swollen and I cannot walk. The gal who did my pedicure was cutting very deep into the skin on sides of my toenail and picking at it. At one point I asked her to stop because it hurt. Now it’s infected with Paronychia, diagnosed from a podiatrist and I have to be on antibiotics. So awful please avoid this place :(
