I had gotten a nail in my tire and and Chris was able to help me out and get me back on the road in under an hour. Amazing customer service, thanks Chris.

Their mechanics are the best I've met in Seattle.I got a deep sidewall cut on the bridge and had to stop at Mercer Island with a completely deflated tire. Stopped a few blocks away from the station. These guys helped me put my spare on, then at their shop looked at my regular tire and found the sidewall cut. They refused any tips because it was "so simple". Wasn't simple for me!Everything was quick and took maybe 15 min. They showed me everything they were doing and explained things. I've been to many of the big name tire shops in the area and they'd put me on wait for 2h for a simple service like this. These are honest knowledgeable folks that I'll trust for any car work I need moving forward.

No joke and i verified the prices today. Premium gas at this station is $5.83 / gallon and it's $4.56 / gallon in Bellevue. A full $1.27 higher per gallon. With a 20 gallon tank, you're paying $25 more for a fill-up than you would at a place that's a few miles away. And that's what you call the 'Mercer Island Discount'

The men at this establishment are rarely in the actual gas station. Every time I try to purchase anything I have to wait for someone to show up to help. At first I thought they were working in the mechanic shop pulling double duty but they are not. They are all just hanging out together in the shop. I bought several items from the market for lunch. I pulled over to quickly eat it as I was on my lunch. I then was chased down by an employee for littering. I had no idea what he was talking about. I was actually scared for my safety. I had no idea what he was talking about. I literally had to rush out of the parking lot to get away from this crazy man. I do not recommend this place. It was scary

My rear left tire was obviously low on air when I pulled into this gas station and I asked if anyone could take a look at it. Within a minute, the garage door was being opened and they pulled my car in. I don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes for them to pull a screw out, repair the tire, and check the air pressure on my other tires. $10! Best deal in town. I am glad I decided to stop here and not drive 5-10 miles out of my way to a tire shop.

Some of the most over priced gas in the region. Head on over to Bellevue for better prices.

Always get great, honest service whatever the problem is with my car. It's always fixed promptly and a fair price. They never try to hit me up with other issues that are not required. Got a couple of quotes to fix my brakes and everywhere else insisted I needed to replace my calipers except them. They said it was fine for awhile and it has been. Really built trust with them. They're real nice to work with and I'll continue to bring my car here for everything I need.

I pulled up with an issue with my tire hoping to get back on the road. Three guys sitting with the garage doors wide open at 4:20pm sat frozen literally refusing to turn their heads towards me. One went and shut one of the garage doors leaving one still open. Finally, after trying to get the one remaining guy's attention long enough he stepped out to point at his $2 air compressor(I tried and couldn't get it to work). I said I might have a screw in the tire. He gave no sh*ts. I have never been treated so poorly at a service station. I stepped in the mini market to ask if that was the owner or just some slouchy employees. As it turned out it was the owner. He understood I was asking about the business and started screaming profanities and telling me to leave and come back at 8:30am. As if I am a masochist, damn, I wouldn't go to this place again if they were giving away winning lottery tickets or for a water to save my life. I was hoping it was just employees so I could let the owner know just how bad it is. Apparently, that is the culture of the company and how it is run from the top to bottom. I strongly suggest you drive a little further and give your money to another service station. Avoid these angry bitter creeps like the plague.

When Factoria Chevron was closed and didn't allow after hours getting gas, and Factoria 76 didn't accept my card, this place allowed for late night getting gas. Thank you for allowing me to be able to drive back home. Also I have been during the day and it's fine then too.

No touch gas pump pay takes Apple and Google pay, credit cards too. The air pump always works, and the window wash/paper towels are always full. Lots of yummy snacks that are baaad for you! Mechanics available for car repairs. Half way between Bellevue and Seattle so it's easy to stop, get gas and hop back on I-90!
