Tried phoning the Mercer Island branch with a simple question - ended up in "Call Center Hell" where they gave me every option known to mankind before finally giving me the option to actually talk to someone then it rang for a LONG time before telling me they were busy and for ME to call THEM back and hanging up on me (seriously?) instead of giving me the option of leaving my number and having them call me back.

I sure miss the days when I could call the branch and actually talk with someone. What is the point of having a local phone number if it gets automatically routed to a call center? They just tell you that you need to talk to someone in the branch and unfortunately they can't connect you with a branch rep because they have the same phone access that I do calling the same number. Chase changed to automatically route calls a month ago and it is just a disaster. Chase was good at one time... Now they just want to waste my time.

Elsa is the most amazing employee that works here! You guys did good picking her! Couldn't ask for better costumer service!!!! Knowledgeable and personable, I really just can't get enough Elsa in my life!!! If you could clone her and make a million Elsa's your bank would be so amazing it would be kind of like Star Wars the sequel but with less lasers. Not to mention how good looking she is too. Thanks for making my chase bank experience so wonderful!!!

The personnel here, especially the tellers, are unfailingly polite, pleasant, helpful and efficient. The tellers are often working by themselves at the desk, juggling customers in the lobby, at the drive-through, and on the phone, and getting all of them through their transactions as quickly as anyone could. This is not even mentioning how confused, confusing, and complicated some of the customers are! In many years of using branch banking, this is the best one I've seen!

Although I recently closed my Chase account to consolidate, I've always been pleased with the service at this branch. The tellers are nice and professional and the few times I've sat down with a banker have gone smoothly. In my most recent trip I came to close down my account and it was totally hassle free.

I rarely go inside this establishment since typically drive-thrus are a lot faster and more convenient, but in this particular location, I often find myself waiting by the drive up window for 4-6 minutes before someone even comes to get my transaction and then it takes another 5-7 minutes to process and get it back... I just end up turning my car off... Why it takes sooo long .. Even if I am the only one in the one of two drive thrus... And so consistently is beyond me... It's not even busy inside!

This is a very nice Chase bank with Private Client services available. There is a drive through ATM, and there is also a walkup ATM on the side of the building. The workers here seem very cordial. The lobby is generally open until 6pm.
