I give other All The Best Pet Care locations 5 stars. This one is odd at times. Staff attitude varies, even within the same person, depending on the day. They don't carry all the variety of other locations, explaining that those options are popular on the island.

I'm so confused by the fact that there are any negative reviews. Diana and her staff are amazing. They are kind, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I can't imagine ever going to another pet store.

Way to mistreatment a disabled veteran for Memorial Day weekend. I asked the manager if Ziwi Lamb for cats is grasses and she rudely said to look it up on the web site. Then she proceeded to ignore me and attend to customers that came in after me, I had about 35 cans of cat food and 15 frozen raw containers, none of the staff offerd me any help. Also asked if the Venison and Rabbit is grass fed and again she responded that she didn't know and that I needed to research on the web. Then I said I was kinda Ina a rush since I was with my dog in the car with the air on, and the employee responded, well nobody told you to bring your dog, then it unraveled from there and they the manager then stated she would call the police if I didn't leave and never come back as she aggressively slapped the counter top and belittled me.My pets are senior special needs and so I hcalled Chewy and got excellent customer service.

This is the best pet retailer around, hands down. They have the most popular premium brands that not everyone has because they've been here longer than anyone else (they have Steve's). Price matching. No questions asked return policy on all food, open or not. Good selection (lots of premium brands). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Top notch service. Surprised to find this kind of quality on the island. It's one stop shopping here. Lucky to have these guys on the island.

i wanna shout out nico, who helped me the other day when i came in to get an education on how dog toys have changed since my senior dog was a puppy. now that i've gotten another dog, i needed some suggestions for things that might not have been on my radar as they didn't exist 12 years ago when i was looking for things to keep my dog occupied. nico steered me toward the snoop silicone treat dispenser which has been a hit with the new dog! i ended up chopping up treats and he tossed this thing around for a solid hour until he got all of them out. it's going to be a daily source of entertainment and he doesn't seem to be too interested in destroying it which is a good thing. the other thing was the snuffle mat. what did you say? i said SNUFFLE MAT! i will be totally up front and say that i liked the veggie theme and while i haven't used it yet, it can serve both as a toy to root out hidden treats (pun intended) and also bedding, if my dog decides to lay down in it. nico also suggested i sign up for an all the best account so that i would benefit from coupons and other promotions for the newest addition to the household. i can frequent both the mercer island store when we go visit the vet and also the burien store, which is much closer to home and apparently returns are relatively easy so that is also a bonus! so far, so good but huge thanks to nico for their knowledge, honesty and excellent customer service. what a gem!

I have a elderly dog and ran out of CBD for her. I was hoping to find some here but when I arrived I realized I didn’t have a mask with me. I walked in the store anyway. The employee was very aggressive about me not having one but then couldn’t offer me one. I said it was okay, but he told me he couldn’t ring me up without a mask. I was pretty astonished at his reaction. I walked out of the store and bought my stuff from Amazon. You just lost a customer

We're on a road trip and needed to replenish our dog food supply. What a pleasant way to get it! The lovely lady behind the counter was full of happy greetings and knew exactly what I needed. I'm sorry I didn't get her name (11:30-ish Thursday morning 12 Aug - check the roster! :) but she was just delightful. Great customer service. Pleasant atmosphere. Good job!

My family moved to Mercer Island exactly a year ago and we were one of the first families to get a pandemic puppy the first weekend of the lockdown. We were happy to find pet stores were considered essential businesses and remained open. Carefully masked and most often curbside pick up, I went initially to Mud Bay, which is a chain and highly regarded. I bought my initial dog bed, small cage, pet treats, etc. I have no complaints over my Mud Bay experience. However one day I remembered the pet store are used to go in frequently and get treats for my friend's dogs. It was All the Best Pet Care right next to Rite Aid. At first I ordered over the phone and did curbside pick up. The person (Allie) was so friendly and took the time to talk to me about the variety of pet foods they had to offer to make the best recommendation for our puppy who was depressed and had stopped eating after the smoke kept us inside for days. In my package I was surprised to have a variety of sample treats to try. Our puppy loved them all. Subsequently I donned a mask and went inside in person. Allie was there and I greeted her and she remembered me from the phone. Not only did she recommend several foods but also suggested we try row goats milk that was frozen in small containers. This ended up turning the eating around and we were able to give her goats milk in small quantities and add it to her food which she started to gobble up. No one had told us about the secret of raw goats milk before! Diana has helped me out over the phone and in-person too. There are (4) people working there so you will get to know them well. And they will know you too. Needless to say, All the Best Pet Care is now our regular pet store. Every person that works there is knowledgeable and has their own personal experiences with the variety of items in the store and are all huge pet lovers. I admit to cross-comparing pricing on Amazon and chewy and the prices are actually lower at the store, even when comparing to "auto-ship" pricing. Anything our dog does not like they ask us to please return. No questions asked. They even have gone out of their way to find coupons to cut out in the back to give me four dollars off or more on my kibble purchases. You also get points for your purchase which will result in $20 back after several months of dog spending (spoiling)! I have nothing bad to say about Mud Bay, but I have raving, positive things to say about the staff and selection at All the Best Pet Care. If you want personalized, caring 1:1 attention, very knowledgeable staff members and a huge variety of quality foods for your pet, discounts and a plethora of delicious samples -- give the store a try. You won't regret it!!
