Cute little post office. The lady at the counter completely ignored my loud and cheerful HELLO!, which left me feeling awkward, with a few people in line behind me. Perhaps hard of hearing? Nope. She heard my normally spoken "when is the expected arrival date?"I did feel better after reading other reviews and realized that what happened was not personal but only her equal opportunity impoliteness. One thing to watch out for - the blue mailbox outside - is different from other mailboxes in that it does not open wide enough to accept any packages. There is no package-accepting slot or a pull-down deposit pocket on the wall inside the building as well. You have to go to another mailbox or a different USPS branch to deposit your pre-labeled packages if outside business hours.

Totally obliterated my box in transit and could not use the insurance I was encouraged to buy because of an obscure rule. Fraudulent bureaucracy.

The old lady working there seemed very reluctant to help. Also she said that they weren't able to print my labels even though Label Broker was clearly supposed to be a feature at this location.

This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.

The older woman who works here hates working with people and her job brings her misery daily. The special bonus for us customers is she takes her frustration and anger out on people making special demands of her such as "buying stamps" and "asking her to take this package that is already packed and has full postage." She really hates this job.

I have dropped and purchase various items and the employees have only been nice to me. The employees are very patient not only with me, but with others. I highly recommend using the facility to ship your various items!

The old white woman was kurt and treated me, a young person, with disrespect.

The staff here is very rude. I went in to ask some simple questions about picking up held mail and which post office my mail comes from. The counter person told me he thinks he knows which location my mail is delivered from. He became agitated and started arguing with me when I asked if he could look up in their system which post office my mail comes from. He told me he was busy working on other things and kept trying to disappear in to the back room. There are multiple post offices around me and he didn't seem to know much about the USPS process so I wanted to confirm which office I needed to go to so I wouldn't waste more of my time. He kept asking his supervisor questions so I asked to speak with her. I told her I'm just looking for some help and want to know which office my mail is delivered from. She said "I think he just told you" and also refused to help get the information I requested. Neither of them seemed to understand what I was asking and rather than slowing down and trying to help, they both became angry and dismissive very fast. Even if you can't help someone out, there's no need to be rude about it.

Id much rather have a small and personal postal service, with all of the idiosyncrasies, than long lines and random people. I love it. Norman Rockwell in 2018.

Cannot agree with A S more! Anita is always in a bad mood. I walk on egg shells with her. Not a good feeling to feel threatened or bullied by this USPS representative.
