I did not receive much help from the other woman working at the postal office & was quickly dismissed when trying to find a box that would fit what I needed shipped out. Mel practically created a box for me with tape, a box cutter, & any available supplies she had on her. “This is one of the best post offices I have ever been to, 100% because the one postal worker here (super friendly man with a white beard) is incredibly helpful. I came here to post invites and he helped me optimize the postage and explain the process of non-machinable letters. I walked extra to come to this location (although I had also a good experience at the Lower Queen Anne location too).”

“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”
“I had to go in as a package was marked delivered and then marked returned to sender, when I entered the lobby the person at the register greeted me, and when I explained the issue escalated to her manager. Betsy then assisted me with troubleshooting the problem and was thorough in explaining where the break in the process occurred, how they are addressing it what the next steps were. She was so kind and apologized for the inconvenience and explained the process of how to receive my package with no additional shipping charge from the sender. I really appreciated her explaining everything and being so attentive and kind!”

“This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.”
