Pros;Great if you are a long time customer. They will approve you for nearly anything at a decent rate. Also offers special deals on certain loans.Cons;Good luck getting anybody on the phone! You usually need to go in to the bank.Cameron seems to be the most knowledgeable.

I've been with WSECU since 2018, they had been wonderful in so many ways. During COVID I admit I went a little crazy with online shopping for whatever reason, most turned out to be scams. WSECU saved me from each one (I admitted yes, I did attempt this transaction please fix it and they would). I began curbing my enthusiasm which should have stopped whomever from disrupting my life- it's difficult to know who to trust and who not to trust online especially- enter Amazon, At&T, Apple etc- big name corporations that one would think (trust not to pass your debit card info around at a party or would they?) Of course, there's the gas station 'pay at the pump' we all enjoy from time to time (convenience)? This past year alone I've had to replace my debit card on a monthly due to fraudulent charges (online businesses I had never heard of, WSECU was Johnny on the spot combating them while safeguarding my funds). I'm most appreciative that they were doing their due diligents but I'm still left updating my online bill pay folks with the new card number some bills were getting paid late because I'd forget whom all needed updating (I'm a senior that can't remember all life's details so in a way this nonsense has kept me on my toes or at least remembering that I have toes). I have been shaken, rattled and rolled trying to do my part to stop this madness yet as of yesterday WSECU tells me that they have cancelled my debit card indefinitely as well as any future debit card and or benefits. I will be sent in the mail an ATM card and of course I would still have access to get my money from the banks tellers (9-5, M-F) which I feel makes me more vulnerable to theft while also being exposed to other more dangerous possible life-threatening situations. Withdrawing cash from an ATM -hell just by having to carry cash on me at all or pay two ATM machine fees (?) once I arrive at a venue in an attempt to have a life outside my apartment instead of being a lonely female senior citizen in 2023 which is what it is. I've pleaded with them for another solution, but they have nothing else to say to me regarding this act of indecency they then hung-up the phone. After all their power talks to make customers feel that this banking institution was here for me offering trust and security that I needed from such an institution, my last true hope that I wasn't completely alone to fight for these injustices on the larger scale. It should be working toward preventing vulnerable seniors (all the citizens) that become victims yet these professionals that I have entrusted my complete financial Repeta, direct deposit of monthly funds, each and every dollar I have been blessed with since 2018 is now telling me that I don't have the right or privilege of being protected by them and their experts any longer because they can't find who is perpetrating these lewd and unlawful crimes...I didn't even get a "good day ma'am", maybe in time we'll be able to punish the actual criminal but for now this is the only choice, this is our final decision -then they hung-up the phone. Here I sit broken hearted thought I'd be protected but I am not I am disillusioned once again by something I've trusted to basically advise, serve and protect me...Trump was right about some things - this is not the America I grew up to know and love and trust. We can skip the white bread 50's, let's try the free loving open-minded ideas of the 60's (w/o the Manson BS) before having our souls sold to the Chinese Government or modern technology came about to make our lives easier to manage and a better place to vibe in all aspects. We are now all too easy to fu#%&%@ with, there is no innocent until proven otherwise. Who's to blame- greed, blame it on man and his evil ways, do we blame foreigners, race injustice or maybe all of the above hell blame it on the boogie I don't know but don't punish me because you can't find the source of debit card fr

Horrible communication. Their "I understand" doesn't solve the fact that they wasted my time. To WSECU you are just a number...

Update:If the bank has to have everything tracked why couldn’t we do some kind of transaction that shows 10$ was changed into quarters?....but now I know. Thanks.--I’ve been in US BANK, STCU, WASHINGTON MUTUAL, etc etc and never have I been told I have to have an account to change a 10$ bill to a roll of quarters. Nor have I been asked for my ID or any kind of bank info. Super lame, especially living in Medical Lake, and not having many banks to go in for this.

I've been a member of WSECU for a very long time(16-17 years I think) and I have never had a bad experience with anyone, I've seen many people throughout the years and they have always been kind, respectful and caring.I remember the days when WSECU was in a tiny hole in the wall spot on Lake and Jefferson, I think.Everyone I have dealt with has been a great experience at the WSECU branch in medical lake.Everyone I have dealt with, have been wonderful

I'm usually in to pick up a couple rolls of quarters. This Branch is exceptional for financial institutions.

We've never had an issue until today. My suggestions if you have an issue is call the corporate offices. The lady who helped me was very snarky and because I was trying explain myself she got more and more frustrated. She told me she would undo two overdraft fees and later out of frustrated ( I think.) would only do one. Almost like it was a punishment for questions it. This is was due to an ATM weekend fail while trying to make a deposit the resulted in overdraft fees. We just called corporate they seem understand the issue we were having and were polite. Well update when they call us back.

Had the worst experience I have ever had with a bank teller today. Normally don't post many reviews but I had to with this one... I went in with my mom, to get new debit cards. Blaire 'helped' us. She was cold and rude. Never greeted either of us, never said a kind word. I truly felt as if I was an imposition on her. I felt very uncomfortable. This experience has made me seriously consider closing out my account with WSECU, and going elsewhere.
