“An exceptional USPS! The gentleman that works the counter (Robert, I believe his name is? Tall, brown hair, glasses) is always very pleasant and is as helpful as they come. It's what makes this location stand out.”

“In my experience most postal employees are not particularly kind or helpful. However here, Dakota was very charitable and kind. Hire more people like Dakota. He’s a good man.”

“Beautiful old post office in a historic building. Downtown parking is usually a headache, so it's not the most convienent location but if you're downtown already I'd highly recommend doing some business here just for the atmosphere and setting.Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.”

“I've frequented this post office 6 days a week for the past 14 months. Running an online retail store, I drop off hundreds of items each week, and in spite of the volume of work I drop on them day after day, they always greet me jovially.

I don't post many reviews, but this establishment and every one of its staff deserve recognition for the work that they do. The dry humor and sarcasm I've encountered there has been a dependable source of entertainment.

If you're ever passing through, pop in and tell them you have a trunk full of packages to drop off for The Twisted Lily!”

“For over 20 years I've had nothing but fine service at the Colbert Post Office. They are dedicated people who try to serve the public to the best of their ability. We are lucky to have our own "country Post Office" so close and convenient and fortunate to have it still open for us.”

“You can not tell it is a small post office from the outside. It is inside the Rosauers store. Once you walk in, they have a small counter and post office staff to help you. I am glad I found it.”

“These guys are so busy and short staffed in general. They really go the extra distance. Todd, the manager, was very helpful and the delivery personnel and warehouse staff are very nice and helpful! The service industry can be thankless and grueling...these guys handle that well! Thanks!”

“Not sure what everyone’s problem is? They put a stamp on my box and sent it on its way. I didn’t get a back rub or a shoulder massage but I also didn’t expect one. They seemed to do their job as described. 5 out of 5 stars, will mail here again.”

“This post office is inside Yoke's Fresh Market, on the left side after entering. Envelopes, pens etc were available at the far end of aisle 11.The person behind the counter was excellent and even noticed when I had a Pasco zip code incorrect.”

“I ordered a package online and it was accidentally shipped to an old address. I was able to call this USPS directly and was connected to an employee immediately! Rarely these days can you actually talk to a live person right away.I asked if they could hold the package and they were able to catch it right before it went on the delivery truck to be out for delivery. My husband was able to pick up the package on my behalf. I really appreciate what the employee did for me, thank you!”
