Used them to tow 4 box trucks, all 26ft long. Not an easy task. Driver was an absolute pro and I needed to chat a few times with Jacob in the office and he was helpful every time. Highly recommend them

WARNING: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Not the place to have an RV you live in as a home towed long distance: owner is either a madman or a fool to separate person from home during COVID 19 especially as a disabled vulnerable person who is at risk and saying they could be without it for a night. Said at first I could go with my RV then changed his mind when I mentioned I was disabled and needed accessible accommodations. Essentially they were fine until they were informed I was physically disabled, then they treated me like a second class customer and even attempted to raise their prices to get me to go somewhere else. When that didnt work he lied about his business insurance not allowing such an accommodation when it is allowed and even required so therefore businesses insurance would cover disabled customers and the accommodations made. It was a lie to try and get out of providing services without saying anything incriminating and or in violation of the *** and non discrimination laws. State law provides exception to allowing riding in vehicles towed via a trailer when the customer is disabled and cannot get in and out of a tow truck. Although service was rendered at beginning of covid, I have decided to just leave a review now.

Waited 6 hrs for a vehicle to come grab my plow truck as I was having fuel delivery issues. Tow truck never came, Core Values Roadside Assistance left me high and dry. Kellogg responded immediately and got our truck to the shop promptly. Thanks Kellogg.

WARNING: TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! USE AT YOUR OWM RISK! Not the place to have an RV you live in as a home towed long distance: owner is either a madman or a fool to separate person from home during COVID 19 especially as a disabled vulnerable person who is at risk and saying they could be without it for a night. Said at first I could go with my RV then changed his mind when I mentioned I was disabled and needed accommodation for that disability. State law does make exceptions for riding in towed vehicles on trailers if the owner is disabled and can't get in the truck: does not specify long or short distance trips, it's a individuals interpretation and the owner's interpretation was short trips when it could be either since there is no specification. Driver Butch was OK but was unprofessional at the end when he decided to block my number because the quality of the service was disappointing and making me angry and I wanted to share my feedback. You don't block the customer, highly unprofessional, you put up with the customer and don't say anything if you can't say anything appropriate but you are required to remain in contact with the customer as you are dealing with their property. I was unhappy with the level of service and the fact it was late so I was letting him know and that being left without my home was unacceptable in this day's health climate. They're fine for short distance local work and if you need help with a car or truck and not handicapped but if you want help with an RV that's your home go somewhere else. Would not ask them for another job not even for my car: I'd call someone else. And if your disabled don't use them at all. They don't like handicapped people and refuse to accommodate. Service was also late: they were supposed to pick up RV the night before instead picked it up the next morning which is later than when the service was supposed to be rendered in the first place. Tardy, not ADA friendly, and poor quality service is what you get if your handicapped. Never again...folks if you want business you don't treat the customers like trash especially if they're disabled and definitely don't piss them off which you did here in this case. UPDATE: Driver was tardy as expected and did not unload the same day because he took direction from the person who took care of the bill who is not the owner and not the person who can give him authorization on what to do. He was not authorized to wait until the next day. And should not have been talking to my stepdad who helped me pay the bill: only thing that my stepdad was there for was to help pay the bill and only authorization he had was when and what to charge his credit card nothing else. He is not the vehicle owner he was simply helping me pay the bill. Unprofessional driver and the worst service I've ever had. Left me without my home for a night on someone else's OK who was not authorized to make any decisions except regarding the payment of the bill. All because he did not like me telling him that he was giving bad service and didn't want to hear it and therefore refused to work with the actual customer and vehicle owner. Company is either asking for lawsuits for failing to do the job on time and as said it would be done and problems or they simply don't know anything about customer service, or even both. Drivers are supposed to remain professional and put up with the customer and follow customer wishes within their means not follow someone else's who is not the vehicle owner. And they are supposed to be in contact with the vehicle owner even if it's hard for them to deal with or don't do the job at all. He should've just said he can't handle the job rather than do the job and find out he can't deal with the vehicle owner and refuse to work with them: that's highly unprofessional. Should've requested that I just find someone else rather than act unprofessional. I would've happily gotten someone else to do the job. TERR

Had a poor experience with these guys, in particular the owner himself. Gave them exact gps coordinates of a stuck truck and even stopped by to explain how to get there and where to turn around prior due to bad location. Also showed pictures of said stuck truck and advised that there tiny f550 wouldnt pull out the stuck semi he proceeded to argue that it would work in a rather cocky manner, they not only went the exact way they were instructed to not go, witch is why I stopped by to tell them this. They then took the f550 and couldn't pull the semi out, after getting a full size wrecker 4 hours later my driver was finally out. Only costing my company more money in labor and a tow hill that could have been avoided. Wont be going this route again, spokane has many other companies I will choose next time, Evergreen towing is a great choice.
