I love my new B & B sprinkler system ! I have a large yard on a well in Deer Park. The past several summers have been scorching. Now all my work and stress is gone ! It all takes place at night and does not affect my well usage during the day. Steve was an awesome professional with excellent information on how to get everything working at my location. At the end of his visit he said "this is a quote, not an estimate" The job came in exactly as he quoted. Jason and his install crew were fantastic, they made sure that everything was properly completed and tested , that I was completely satisfied, and even fixed a standpipe issue I had. Also, the wireless adapter is totally worth it, I can manage everything from my phone anywhere. I highly recommend B & B , they have the best business experience in the area and I am confident I will receive excellent support if I have any questions or issues. I needed a lot of help with irrigation at our new home. I called about 8 companies. Half never got back to me or were to busy. One came out and over charged me for a portion of the project. A few companies that provided bids were either outrageously priced, did not offer written proposals, or had ideas that were overly complicated. When Steve from B&B came out it was clear he new exactly what was needed and provided a written estimate quickly for a reasonable amount. The crew was great. They delivered what they promised and I'm very thankful. Couldn't be happier.

B&B was great installing our sprinkler system in a very rocky area of Spokane. It was at the height of the summer heat and the technicians worked through it and did a wonderful job. Several bids came in extra high because of the South Hill geology B&B’s bid was fair and appreciated.

We had B and B sprinklers instal a sprinkler system for us. We have a yard that is terraced and difficult to reach, we have landscaped planting areas and needed various coverage types. They are professional, completed the work in the time frame given and true to the estimate. The follow up is remarkable and the service for shutting down in the fall and starting in spring is great! Last year I got 4 quotes for a new sprinkler system and B&B came in at half the price of everyone else. The work was timely, and all their guys were very friendly and professional. The drain system they use is the best on the market and follow up service has been incredible. No one in Spokane can come close to B&B so don't waste your time with anyone else. B & B was amazing from start to finish. Brad came out several times to answer our questions and walk through our project vision and gave us ideas of how to make improvements. The crew was quick to install our sprinkler system and made our yard look like they were never there. Every staff member we have dealt with is not only professional but kind. B&B installed our sprinkler system from scratch. They did a great job. It has been the easiest system to maintain and winterize every year. When we had a few issues they came right out and took care of them.
