The scary bad reviews for the Yelm location made me want to make the drive out to this post office and wow it was a great experience. Parking lot was almost empty and only one person was ahead of me in line on a Thursday morning. SO easy and chill, worker was so nice and I got in and out super fast! Coming here every time in the future!

You guys have a horrible phone system. I've been trying to talk to someone for 30 minutes and your system can't even direct me. Keeps throwing me in circles. I'm more of a triangle guy.

Our post lady for the past 5 years has done a really really bad job. She refuses to put packages in the package boxes and won't deliver a pink slip until it's the last notice. Or our mail gets put into someone else mailbox and they tape it to our locked boxes. It's time to get her out of the post office. Let the lazy person retire or fire her. So over it

They are very rude and they will not care about you mail or package. Everytime I go in to this post office I have a bad experience.

Best post office in the area by far. I’ve had issues with both other post offices, but never this one. The ladies are always polite, friendly, and helpful.

This Post Office was Awesome until Karen came as postmaster. She sends back my mail, even with the address on it. I have missing mail. Worst post office I have ever seen since Karen came on!!
