James A.!!! Sent a walk around video to me when I first contacted the dealership on Monday. He had stayed in contact with me during the week, no high pressure, very professional and likeable. Same with staff when we came in. Test drove today and will be taking home my new to me 2022 Jeep Gladiator Overland!!!

I bought my 2020 Dodge Challenger from them, It has not even been 90 days and the radiator and thermostat is leaking. My car over heated over the weekend and I called them to drop my vehicle off they did not have a loaner vehicle and tried to get me to pay for a rental car. The manager acknowledged the defect in both the radiator and thermostat and yet I'm still being charged for a diagnostic even. This has been the worst customer service experience I have had in a while. No one at the company is taking accountability for the LEMON that was sold to me. Yet they are trying to charge me for a vehicle that they sold to me that clearly had issues. I would stay away from this place. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I was not satisfied with my visit. Before getting my 2020 car serviced the driver seat performed well and now it has issues moving forward or back. I hope that this issue can be resolved.
