“I really want to give high praise to this branch of the credit union. I wanted to open a IRA today, and I was so frustrated by the phone line, that had no selection in their automation to help me. Elma branch couldn't help at all... Said I needed an appt and that none were even available for the whole next week. I walked in to Mccleary, where, even though they had never done it before, they took the time to get the instructions, and took the time to do it! And while I was there, I decided to also get a CD. They were so patient, and so helpful. I will choose Mccleary every time I need real service from the credit union, and go to Elma for the less complicated things, since they lack the knowledge and patience to learn, and are also very short staffed.”
