Wit's End Bookstore is a wonderful and cute spot to peruse. It is a woman-owned small business with a kind, sweet, lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The store offers books in every variety: kids, mystery, non-fiction, and magical. It has a perfect kids area and a focus on second-hand books, with some new offerings. You can also find a New Age supply section with crystals, fun little trinkets, jewelry, miscellaneous gifts, a spa or tea section, and super cheap DVDs. The book credit program is superior and the variety is on par with any major brand. They offer special orders and the staff includes a psychic medium for personalized readings. It is a calming, not too busy treat and is highly recommended.
Wonderful spot to peruse and take your time. The kids area is perfect for my son (4) and we always leave with a couple stickers, something from their spa or tea section, and a crystal in addition to a new read. Kind and sweet cashier. Never too busy when we go, very calming!
