I have been with WaFed since 2017. I have also moved to other states for brief stints of work. And the gentle care I have received is priceless. Today I came in to ask questions about my new WaFed credit card and the patience these ladies exuded was timeless. Thank God for credit unions and I give much thanx especially for my WaFed.

Great customer service, follow through, general communication, etc. Have worked with them on both a home loan as well as the PPP federal loan process - great all around J as well as Diana both are great and go well beyond expectations. Thanks guys.

I hate banks. I have an intense sense of trepidation and suspicion regarding most financial institutions, but the staff here has gone above and beyond to make me feel secure regarding the security of my money, and Washington Federal’s integrity. I look forward to working with them as I expanded my own financial endeavors. I truly feel that they want to help me succeed financially.

Staff is friendly, their technology is VERY poor. They're not able to provide a digital copy of transactions for accounting and tax purposes. I will be banking elsewhere. Sad that their back office cannot provide something so basic to make their friendly staff look great to the clients.
