Rite Aid canceled my Covid appointment because they didn't get their supplies in time so I had to drive 30 miles to this place. I ran some errands along the way and got done earlier than expected so I stopped in to check whether I could get it a bit earlier. Pharmacy person was not nice (there was no one else in the waiting room) and she made me come back 2 hrs later. Then when I was standing right in front of her, she asked other people on the side whether they were next. I heard another pharmacy person check in a couple that was early for their appointment and there were atleast 5 other people in the waiting room. Racist much, Walgreens?Only reason for an additional star is the person who gave me the vaccine was polite and professional. I won't be back, Rite Aid will get my business, as will Bartells.

I say o for this pharmacy, I have had nothing go right here they are rude and no customer service and where the manager never comes out or not there. they are always out to lunch really; we can't have them take lunches at different times. there not open on Sunday that's nuts. I was a manager for years this place is a mess. I had appointments for shots, they said I didn't well I did it had done it more than one time online for them which is nuts any way it doesn't take anytime. They didn't have one person there really, but they again want to leave early for lunch. I have spent so much money in that store and perceptions but no customer service. well, I moved on and will not buy anything from them, I say don't go there. and went down the road and got my shot WOW!

Picture quality was very good, the only issue I had was the kiosk, the touchscreens were very finicky and worked completely different between my wife and I. Also, if you have not used them before, make sure your photo is inside upper and lower margins.

I bought the durex extra sensitive condoms from here and they definitely weren't sensitive to my feelings at all. It was not 100% effective and now i'm expecting a baby. i'll be sending the child support paperwork.

I picked up my photos and by the time I got home I realized it was someone else’s photo inside. My fault for not checking inside while I was still there. I called serval times to the photo department and they kept putting me on hold… I ended up driving back to Walgreens. the employee didn’t show any empathy or cared at all that someone else picked up my photos. Her tone was disrespectful along with how she replied to my concerns. That’s the result of this review.

Pretty crazy-I ordered Covid tests for curbside pick up as I didn't want to walk into the aisle where they are stocked and people are most likely to have Covid. After following the instructions in my email for pick up, I waited 10 minutes and no one came out. I went into the store finally to pick the stuff up and the guy who went to get them for me was wearing a mask but it was not over his nose or his mouth and he was coughing profusely while he was checking my order. Pretty pathetic. Won't be back...

I loved Bartell's. But had to switch to a "national" pharmacy several years ago thru work insurance. Rite-Aid was the only one in town. Don't get me started on them...Then work insurance changed and CVS was the preferred pharmacy. LOVED them! Then I retired and Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy of Medicare supplement insurance. THREE 90 day prescriptions started at the SAME time two years ago. Supposed to be auto refill, except when they don't. Supposed to be at the same time, except when it is not. I have addressed this with them over and over and over and over. Today while calling to get an auto refill taken care of, I got transferred to someone to assist me with my concerns. LITERALLY 45 minutes on hold. I then got a message saying they were going to lunch, but I was welcome to continue on hold for the next 30 minutes so I wouldn't lose my place. ARE...YOU.. KIDDING...ME!!!??? And this was a full hour before our local store closes for lunch.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! The one exception was one pharmacy tech who unfortunately for me no longer works here. This pharmacy is unwilling to help with any issues and then feeds you lies in order to go to lunch or to get rid of you. Every month for almost two years I have gotten the same med. every month I come in and they do not have this med and need to order it. I was told it only gets ordered when they run out but when I ask how do we avoid this I am told they only order when they get a prescription. WHICH ONE IS IT? I'm done with this place. Oh and if you have more than one insurance don't bother going here.

With 1 exception, the pharmacy personnel are rude, unwilling to help and outright suspicious of anyone who tries to fill any prescription. Maybe, it's just marysville, but I will never use this pharmacy. The store is clean and there are some good buys on non medical items. The non pharmacy people are friendly.
