Yesterday, I finally decided to pamper myself and get my toes done. I wanted to sit in a massage chair, relax, and take a moment to myself and breathe its been crazy month with 4 kids, work and sports. However, when the lady made a comment about my toes to her coworker and started speaking in a different language and the coworker literally starring at your toes, it made me feel very uncomfortable. The massage chair also hurt my backbone, which caused me more stress instead of relaxation. I been to this place more than few times normally im there 30 mins maybe little more lady talk to you while she does your nails or toes, but yesterday everything was rush my toes look ok and i cant get over the fact they just get rude when they dont like something u need, they have to do extra ?
Please do better and know people that comes to this kind of place are not all there just to get their hands and toes look pretty for some its more. SO PLEASE STOP JUDGING..?

Been a long time customer, they got fingernail polish on my $120 sandals and refused to take responsibility for it, ruined the shoes. Will never go back! And didn’t even reimburse the service they provided.

I was considering not writing this review but I thought if I had known beforehand that they won’t remove your old shellac polish properly I would have gone elsewhere. When I sat down for my pedicure I explained that I currently had shellac polish on but wanted regular polish this time. The lady said ok. Well she used the dremel a bit swiped the buffer across my nail twice and that was it. After the first coat of polish I said it was too lumpy and could she please just completely remove the shellac, she said no, they don’t do that, she will dremel again. Obviously it made no difference my polish looks terrible, I could have saved $50 and let just had my husband paint my toenails.
Cleanliness: The “cheese grater” that was used on the bottom of my feet, (not my heels) was rinsed off in my dirty water and put her box. She carried it over and I watched her use it on her next client as I was sitting in the massage chair.

I've been going to this nail salon off and on for over 15 years. It's always been decent but not top notch. Today though they hit a new low and I will never go back. I went in for a pedicure. I did a luxury one so it includes the hot wax. My pedicure lasted 30 mins. 30 mins!!! She didn't cut around my cuticles or anything. I even questioned it because I haven't had a pedicure in about 4 months, my toes were bad. She made up a reason why. When leaving a wrote a note on the back of my slip why I didn't leave a tip. I never do not leave a tip but this by far was the worst experience and I won't be going back at all.

Please please Only go here, if you want them to rush everything you ask for. I swear the manager was looking over everyone’s shoulders and rushing all his workers the whole time, I did not have a good experience there. I give nail salons a chance but I am so ashamed I ever gave this one another. My sister in law invited me to go and get mani pedis, but alone she paid $50 for a pedicure that she could’ve paid $35 for. At least speaking for myself; with the nail tech I had . She was extremely rude to me the entire time, and also told me my nails were too short to get nail polish on them, so she did not clip them. When she put the bags on my feet at the end, she told me she’d be back in 5 minutes and started working on someone else, never coming back. My feet were so uncomfortable her employee could tell it had been too long. A FIFTY dollar pedicure. I have never in my life experienced such a discriminatory place, this isn’t my first pedicure but they really acted like it was. I am a mother who never gets to treats herself. This hurt to finally get to go out and be judged at my every turn by these workers, just for them to rush through a job I could’ve done at home. I wish I did. And I promise I will never come back

I asked for a manicure and one acrylic nail because one of mine broke. I also asked for a French manicure with regular polish and not gel, because I don’t go in often enough for the gel upkeep. When asked about getting a full set of acrylics, I said no as my own nails are long and strong. She said “no, it won’t last long eniugh, you need clear polish”. By this point she’s already cleaning my polish off and I’m feeling irritated I agree to clear to just get it over with. She grins my nails and asks if I want to pay before she polishes them. When I ask about the acrylic…the whole reason I went in, she acts surprised. I paid and left. I’ve never been to a spa where the goal was to make someone feel worse than when they walked in.
Requested style: I requested a French manicure and was told no.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are friendly, the chairs are nice and new, lots of colors to choose from. A staple in Marysville!

I went in to get a gel dip on my nails because I work on computers all day and want my nails to last I don’t want tips I just want a colored tip !!! And someone how I ended up with acrylic tips which I did not want!! I do not want to ever go back this is the second time I was not properly listens to , I think she thought I want tips but all I was saying was I wanted a color on the line instead of white . Now I have to go somewhere else and have them down all over again.

I hate leaving a bad review but I wasted money coming here. I don't want anyone else to go thru that. $50 is a lot. I came in for a gel dip. Within a day it is all peeling off. Not off one nail but all my nails. I had my nails done Thursday by Sunday all the tips of my nails have zero gel on them. ? I am VERY upset. What a waste of time and money.

my nails were horrible when they were done yesterday. I had to ask for them to repaint. today, the very next day, they are already chipped and I am not hard on my hands. dont worry about tipping, the nails aren't even worth the service fee.

It's been more than a year since I've had my nails done, but I thought I would treat myself for my upcoming birthday. I am so disappointed and frankly a bit angry at how awful my experience was here. Please don't go here if you are looking for a relaxing experience and a quality manicure. The nail tech left me with these thick, messy, oddly shaped, glue everywhere nails. Like most, I lead a busy life and the thought of going back here to waste another hour of my time makes me so frustrated. In the scheme of things it's not important but please beware... it's not going to be good.
