Be ready to wait an interminable amount of time if you want to get anything done at this location. I had to wait an hour just to drop off my equipment for a receipt. I think they held a grudge since I didn't mail it in.....?

I have had nothing but bad experiences here with rude customer support and unnecessarily long wait times my recent visit being the kicker and final straw. I went there to help an elderly neighbor friend of mine get their bill fixed as he was being over charged. He was being charged $130 for one cell phone with unlimited everything along with other services he didn't even use. We walk in and were greeted by what I was told was a trainee and he asked us what we needed and said the wait time would be a hour and a half. So I took a look around and there were five Verizon employees (including the young man we were talking to) and two other customers (besides us) that were together being helped by one employee. Of the other 3 employees one was on the phone and the other two were talking to each other. So I looked back at the trainee and said what gives? Long story short we were added to the list but never given a call only a text that was not heard by either of us. After about an hour we went back to check the wait time and were informed we were bumped since they did not hear back from us after sending us a text soon after we left earlier and that the wait time was now two and a half hours. I have been to this store a few times since it opened and have preferred the Marysville store since it opened and would even drive into Everett to avoid going to this one as it has the worst customer service of any business I have had the misfortune of having to deal with. This store is a waste of time and energy, save yourself some frustration and go anywhere else. There is a reason it was closed recently.

I don't think this place is corporate, so service isn't good. 1hr almost for a wait. And employees don't know promotions, I was going to trade in my iPhone 12 for the $1000 off a new iPhone 15, said it wasn't eligible. Well, I went online and got $1000 off iPhone 15 and a $200 GC. I wouldn't go here again, plus the location of the store isn't really good, too many businesses around and people flying thru the parking lot. Only 2 stars for the long hair guy turning off that stupid Christmas music.

I was in your Smokey Point store on November 28th at 5:35 p.m.I started at the Stanwood store and the customer service person atcorporate sent me to Smokey Point to return a hot spot modem. I was told to take it to Smokey Point and they would return for me. Just leave it with them. Well, I was met by a gentleman named Zach who wasn't very nice at all after I told who had sent me and why. He said, Stanwood does this stuff and they don't know what they are talking about. They just did what the lady at corporate told them to have me do. And they had her note everything on my account so there wouldn't be any problems in the return. I sat there until 6:40 waiting for someone to help.Zach said all you need is a return sticker and he'd print one for me. Well....that didn't happen!! I sat patiently waiting while he stood by the door kinda behind the display case not even acknowledging me at all. There was no one coming in. I don't know what he was waiting for. Finally when he came over at 6:40 he goes just put this number in and talk to them. He typed the number in my phone and I was talked to someone who said theywould sent me a return sticker and a box in 5-7 days and for me to take this to the UPS store. I was not happy at all on how I was treated. They guys at the Stanwood store are always very friendly and very helpful and I appreciated them trying to help me solve my internet problem. I have always had Verizon but after the way I was treated I almost went to T-Mobile and I don't likethere phones at all. But I was very mad. I hope this problem at this store gets resolved. I probably will never set foot in there again.

Not a real verizon store! Go to Twin lakes or Everett Mall location! They aren’t able to do anything that these corporate locations can do. Such as trade ins. I tried to trade in my phone and after 45 minutes of sitting there. They laughed and told me that they couldn’t do it and I had to go to Twin Lakes or Everett.

Very satisfied with the help we received. The tech employee was very helpful and new what he was doing.

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for approximately 20 years. I've came into the twin Lakes Verizon store, multiple times through the years for various things, and have always been treated professionally with great attention to detail what the problem was, and how to resolve it and fix it as quickly as possible. Everyone seems to hate the cell phone companies for little itty-bitty things that maybe they brought on themselves or just couldn't figure out or it's just changing technology there's no magic wand that's going to fix every high-tech problem you have with an Apple device that does all this magic stuff Zak, who runs the show at twin Lakes, Marysville Verizon is as good a guy is the Rez his help me personally a few times, and others on the staff are very well trained and greet at what they do

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER! I have been in this store 3 times regarding the issue of my replacement phone not working and my iCloud name was hacked by whoever stole my phone. I was told it was not a Verizon issue and was sent to Apple. They needed proof of purchase so I returned to Verizon and even spoke with the manager about my issue. They had no idea what was wrong and I returned to Apple with proof of purchase only to be denied about getting my hacked iCloud removed. Apple support sent me back to Verizon for the third time and Zach was the manager on duty that was supposed to help me. He was nothing but short, rude and condescending. I was crying and extremely frustrated as this was over a month of me going back and forth about fixing my phone to find out it was VERIZONS FAULT FOR NOT REPORTING MY OLD PHONE STOLEN!! I did not get an I’m sorry for the inconvenience or that it was their fault to begin with. I asked Zach why he was so short with me and he even agreed, I then said if you work as a manger you need to be more apologetic when it was your company’s fault and no one checked to see if my old phone was reported stolen in their system. Zach literally walked away from me as I was telling him he needs to be nicer to customers that they basically lied to about it being an Apple issue. I have never been treated so poorly by a ‘manager’ and I used to work retail and am a server so I know how to deal with frustrated customers and you don’t argue and threaten to not help or kick them out of store. Zach needs a new job or better training!

The BEST customer service I’ve ever reviewed from a cell phone store. Back in June my husband and I needed to reactivate our lines and eventually get new ones. We were able to reactivate our lines with no issue but because we are active duty military living overseas, they actually advised us to go to a Apple Store to buy phones there so we wouldn’t have future issues with locked phones. They didn’t want us to deal with the hassle of deactivating our lines with new phones. They were honest, didn’t give us the run around or try to make us spend money with them. We are really appreciative and grateful for their communication and help. Thank you again to the manager Alex and employee Jolene for your help!

We were there last Thursday evening to get my husband a new cell phone. Billy was the Best !!!! So helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & did not rush us at all. We've never had what you'd call a positive experience in a Verizon store in the many many years of being a customer. I can say with no hesitation that the experience of purchasing a new cell phone with Billy's help was a 100% positive experience. We were suppose to get a survey so we could give him a positive review but never received a survey. Hopefully someone from Verizon will read this. I am due for a new phone also & will definitely be making an appointment with Billy.

Billy was absolutely the best. My family and I came to the store due to a death and having to switch phone plans. The other company was incredibly insensitive and not helpful. Billy was the opposite. He was kind, sensitive, and so helpful. Thank you for making this experience easy.

We went into the Verizon store in Arlington to buy two new iPhone 14's for my sons birthdays today. We were greeted 1 foot in the doorway by Alex the manager, basically blocking us from entering the store any further. There were two employees helping two customers. No one else was in the store. Alex wasn't helping anyone. He told us that he had an "employee resign today" and he wouldn't help us "without an appointment." I was gobsmacked. I had never been treated a Verizon store so rudely. Alex could benefit from training in customer service. Alex is a bad look for Verizon.

If you ever need to go to Verizon, skip this location. Customer service is lacking, and management is lacking at all points. If you want knowledgeable people who are willing to help, skip this location.

The best Verizon customer service I've ever had! I have huge social anxiety, but the reps here pretty much make you feel at home. Very welcomed. Extremely friendly and very patient. Highly recommend coming to this Verizon if it's your first time with them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Walked in paid cash for a pixel watch was walking out and the bottom of the box slipped out and the watch got a scratch on it. I just paid almost $500 for it and I want a proper watch. The door didn't even close and we walked back in. Instead of helping us at first when we asked for a manager he proceeded to help new customers when there was other staff that could've assisted. So we waited, another staff member came over, sympathized with us and tried to see what he could do to help. He quickly got pulled into the back for "something" and we never saw him again. Finally Alex, the manager came over and was so rude. Even though the receipt it literally said 30 day return policy. (And On the return policy it also never stated that they wouldn't return it for a scratch or any other damage for that matter) he refused to even try to help us. He made up his mind before he even got to us. Alex refused to help us and was super rude. When we called customer service they were absolutely shocked with how we were treated. They even told us we can return up to 30 days for any reason and they don't know why he wouldn't help us. Luckily customer support helped us out immediately and resolved what they said should've been done in store. I don't recommend this place for anyone. The manager Alex needs some serious customer service training. His bad attitude is not what a company like Verizon needs representing them.
