I HATE this post office!!! First they started locking the doors extra early, now the self service kiosk is down for mailing letters and packages.

Worst service ever. Don't trust them for international mail service. They don't care. They will not put an effort to help you at all.

As busy as the post office for Marysville, wa. 98270 has only 1 handicap parking space, one door was locked and everyone had to use the same door. The counter was one lady handling packages and other postal services. Only one person came up to help but was told to go to lunch. There was about 15 people in line. Going to exit they had a mIl cart full blocking access. I moved here 3 weeks ago from Sedro-Woolley,WA. 98284 they always had two employees and one taking passports. They had a outside mailbox for drive thru mail drop off. I think Marysville could learn from Sedro-Woolley.

Wish the lobby was still open 24 hours like before. Also the package chute is constantly too full.

The employees are very helpful!! They work hard to explain USPS processes to customers to the customer's satisfaction. They are friendly, knowledgeable & work quickly. I appreciate all they do!!

1 star is generous for this place. Inconsistent deliveries & incapable of reading directions. Every time I'm forced to go in to this location (due to lack of following directions), there is a long line and no one appears to be satisfied with the level of service received.
Updated as of 5/8/24: Another sub zero experience.

Can't drop off mail after hours. They need a box outside.

Mailmain continually puts my packages in the wrong lock box. Literally 4 times in the past two weeks and two of those times were simultaneous days. How do you hire postal workers who cant read? I then have to chase him all over the city to get my package out of someone else's mailbox. Incompetence!!

Doors still closed at 8:00 to get mail. I'd give a zero if I could.

My boyfriend and I are new to the area. We recently moved into a house here in Marysville that we are renovating, my boyfriend previously had a tenant living here. Upon moving in we were unaware that we do not have a mail box. Therefore, USPS with not deliver to our house, Even though we live in town and not a far drive from this post office. We have gone down to USPS so many times to request a zoning for us to put a mail box in, that way we can receive our mail and not have it returned to sender. Ha! the complacency of the staff at this post office is infallible. The staff and MANAGER personally have all told us they will reach out in 1-3 days regarding where to put up a mail box. We’ve been told this same thing at least 10 times and to no such avail. I own a business and work from home, my boyfriend works long hours. We do not have the time to be running to our parents houses to collect our mail multiple times throughout the week, however that is what we’ve had to do for months now. It is such an inconvenience. The cherry on top was right before Christmas. I had ordered some last minute gifts for family and had forgot to switch addresses before purchasing. My mistake. All week long I had spoke with the sender, the carrier, anyone to have the address changed so that I wouldn’t have these gifts returned. Finally, I was told I could put a hold on my package and instead of the post office trying to deliver it, I would be able to just pick it up. So I went ahead and did that. We go to the post office the day the package is delivered there. Post office is busy, it’s the holiday season, we wait in line for about 30-45 minutes. I need to get back to work. We finally get up to the counter and we’re talking with one of the employees, she redirects us to the manager. However, the manager is trying to take people in line who got there after us, telling us to wait. Even though we should’ve been first in line, as they had opened that window for us. Definitely giving age biased. Anyway, I’m beyond irritated, obviously. While expressing our concern, I was definitely upset and came across as such. However, I was in no way yelling or raising my voice at this woman. After explaining our frustrations to her, she has the audacity to tell me to not yell at her. I’m not one to cause a scene so instead of going forth and actually yelling at this woman, I left and allowed my boyfriend to figure out the situation without me. Anyway, it’s still been months and we’re continuing to be inconvenienced because the people at this establishment don’t know how to do their jobs. No matter what, that mail box needs to go up eventually, and we’re going to continue pestering until someone steps forward and does their job. Poor experience, poor customer service, poor response time, poor everything. Do better.

Went in at 8:30 this morning to mail a simple item, the man who waited on me was very rude! I will find another post office to do my buisness with!

I honestly can't believe there's no way to directly contact the post office. I saw someone take a drill to a cluster box tonight and attempted to call to report it. Spent 15 minutes going through the ridiculous automated system, finally was getting connected with a representative, only for it to ring a few times and then hang up. So annoying and now my time has been waisted for simply trying to be a good citizen lol

Horrendous service, delivered to wrong address on multiple occasions and don’t seem to care.
