My friend and I had the most wonderful experience with Gloria and also Sherri (y?) Gloria was very sweet and knowledgeable and Sherri has a wealth of makeup experience that I could just listen to her and learn all day! Thank you ladies for your kindness, for being genuine and making this 50 yr old plain Jane feel a little spark again! I’ll come visit you again

Great place for make up and beauty supplies. Their website can be a little unforgiving if you leave things in your online cart or remove be and add things "too frequently" so be cautious about shopping online with them.

Went in to shop at this location just because it was close to work and I needed to use a couple things. I started noticing a woman that was observant in my direction. Throughout trying to find what I needed, I noticed her again and again. I had to cut my shopping short and just get what I had in hand because I wasn't about to continue being followed. Dirty blonde hair white girl with a black shirt/pants, if that's your LP, maybe do better to not make customers feel uncomfortable.

I like this store and location. Don’t sleep on the salon - i worked in the beauty business for 16 years and have worked with every level of hair professional and i can say with my whole heart that Rinn has given me some of the best haircuts I have had in years. She understands my wonky texture, gives solid advice on products and styling. I feel confident she will never ever steer me wrong. Go see Rinn and you will have zero regrets

Used to love this location since it’s so close to me and always have the things I need until I encountered one of the managers, Dylan. He made me feel uncomfortable and the fact that he’s a manager is really disturbing. Makes you wonder what he’s doing with all the female associates. Please look into this Ulta! Won’t be returning.

I don’t go to Ulta very often maybe once a month if not longer. When I do go into the store I notice that the service and atmosphere gets worse at this location specifically. The Marysville location in Smokey point to be exact.
When you walk in you can tell that the staff try to greet you right away but I also notice that there’s only a few staff members attending to the floor while it appears the managers and there “favorites” are lounging around gossiping and laughing at the front or off in a corner. I had to ask the gal helping me if they ever leave and help costumers as she was being asked by multiple people for assistance. She even asked for some help over the radio headset and i can only assume that they responded that they were busy because no one left to help. I was very upset to see the staff managers up at the front still chatting and laughing, one even had their phone out texting and showing pictures.
It’s so sad to see managers getting away with this and not being held responsible for there actions. They should be helping there staff and not overworking staff. It was very overwhelming as a costumer to see this staff member who was helping me deal with 2-3 other costumers asking numerous questions. This is why burn out occurs so much. I wouldn’t want to work at this location because of the managers lack of costumer / employee care.
I’m really sad to see this from Ulta. You can do better and hold your management employees to a hire standard.

I absolutely loved this location. I have had nothing but amazing customer service from Kaelea, Giana, Staci and Yazi. Unfortunately I will be never returning due to this creepy af guy named Dylan. He made me absolutely uncomfortable with the way he was looking at myself and the way he was talking to VERY young girls. He is a absolutely unfit to be a manager.

The Ulta salon is Marysville has got to be the most unprofessional salon I’ve ever been too.
I had gone to get my haircut and possible color correction. My first appointment was okay besides the fact that the hairdresser said that she couldn’t do anything about my hair color but next appointment we could see. So I booked another appointment. 2 days before my scheduled appointment I got a confirmation email which was great then day before the hairstylist called to confirm again great. Then day of appointment I got a phone call saying that the hairdresser called out. That it was possible that another hairdresser could do my haircut. Okay I took appointment with the other hairdresser. She was complaining that she was tired and wanted to go home.
Okay no problem I get it she was tired. So just a haircut nothing else .
Then a month later I made another appointment for simple haircut and same thing happened.
Got all the confirmations that I was booked and ready to go.
The day of I get a call and yet again the stylist wasn’t available due to not coming to work.
The manager Stacy said she was sorry but they were all booked up and for me to reschedule for another day.
I told her I was very upset and how unprofessional they were.
She said she would get the district manager to call me and discuss this.
I never heard anything back from anyone.
So Nooooooo I wouldn’t recommend this salon ever!!!!!!!!!
