“Second time to buy a full set of tires for my motorhome, they time out before I wear them out. Always fast fair service and the only time I had a problem they came out to my house and fixed it. “Great service and even better prices. I took my vehicle into Les Schwab to have my snow tires swapped out for my all season tires knowing I would most likely need to replace the all seasons. After an almost 2 hour wait at the competition it was verified I did need new tires and was provided quotes and I needed an alignment though they could not do the alignment at that time and required an appointment for a later date. Brought my car to discount tires and had new tires and an alignment done for $80 less on the tires (with tires having 10k more miles on the tire life) and $60 less on the alignment quoted price (actually zero in this case as they said my alignment was within specs and not required) overall savings in my case ended up being over $220 and with better quality tires. Thanks Les Schwab for not being able to get me an alignment I didn't even end up needing.”

My granddaughter ran over something and did some pretty significant damage to motor mounts etc. Since it was a newer VW, the damage was crazy labor intensive and even crazier expensive from the dealer - if they could get around to it. “I've been a loyal customer of Big O Tires for years and just realized I haven't left a review yet. Over the years, they've taken care of all our vehicles in various ways. Recently , we faced an issue where our tires were really low on air, and we discovered that the metal tire valve stems were seized on, preventing us from inflating them. Thankfully, they managed to get us in same day and had us back on the road in no time. The pricing was excellent, especially considering how much it relieved the stress of heading into the winter/holiday season with low tire pressure. It's a great place, and they'll definitely continue to have our business!”

“The Marysville Tire Center saved the day!!! I had a very unfortunate experience at the Seattle tire center who wouldn't honor their warranty to fix a flat, nor did they help me put on my donut tire. Instead, they tried to sell me a set of 4 new tires and schedule an appointment for the following week (I was visiting and live 5 hours away!). While a nice CUSTOMER helped me put on my donut tire in the parking lot, I called the Marysville tire center who set aside a set of 4 new tires and they could get them on the same day. Marysville was full of WONDERFUL people and said the Seattle Costco did not tell me the truth as my tire was repairable!! So Marysville repaired my tire and refunded my $1400!! I left Seattle so frustrated with that tire department but incredibly grateful for the kind stranger and the honest, caring team at the Marysville Costco who turned my stressful morning around and got me and my teens back on the road and home that night.”

“We were stuck on the side of the road on a holiday weekend towing a camper trailer late in the day. All other repair shops were closing for the weekend. Thankfully Les Schwab was open until 6pm so we could get the truck to the store before closing. Along with that, they were open on a Saturday, even though it was a holiday weekend. Because of that we didn't have to figure out a way back to our home 2 hours away and not see the truck until Wednesday at the earliest. They were also able to store our camper for the night in their fenced in area. That made us relieved knowing our trailer was secure. We were able to spend a night in a hotel. Since they knew we were staying here temporarily, they got on it first thing Saturday morning. It was finished before noon. We were very impressed by the professionalism and the caring for our situation and was very grateful for the thoughtful actions of the mechanics.”

“I called around looking for new tires for my Honda Pilot yesterday late afternoon and found the best deal in the marysville/Smokey Point area. Firestone was amazing when I called to check on the prices at the Smokey Point store. The gentleman I talked with on the phone was very accommodating and cheerful from the moment he’d answered my call. He walked me through all to do with being a first time buyer of new tires, I was throughly impressed by his knowledge and demeanor, Heath was the gentleman’s name. Nice man. I was very grateful with his service man that was doing the Firestone inspection of my fluids and battery check and pall to do with what my car needed if anything at all. His name was Peter and he was very good at his job, he explained many things about the condition of my old tires and the way they had worn though many miles I relied on these tires to keep me safe. I had no idea how bad every tire was . Everything showed all the wear and tear of the years gone past. I was running on (4) Firestone tires that were new when I’d purchased my Honda approx. 4 and a half years ago. It had been an amazing and fair purchase by the lady who was the primal owner for years before she’d decided to get a smaller car.
