I had a great experience recently at the walk-in clinic with Dr. Kalayanamit. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Super nice of him to offer for me to my chart message in if my symptoms were worsening. The medical assistant (I believe her name was Carrie) was also excellent. Keep up the great work!

Two stars because there was at least an attempt.Over the course of 4 months, I've been to this walk-in 3 times for the same issue. Only went because it's a month wait to see any primary, and I am (still) in pain. The first time, the treatment didn't work. No complaints.Went back after it was apparent my symptoms weren't relenting, and there was no attempt to find a solution, no care given, and no treatment offered. Just a referral to a specialist at another Everett Clinic location.5 days later the specialist called and set an appointment for over a month in the future.I went back to the clinic a third time after my symptoms worsened again and FINALLY was offered some relief (after being ignored in my exam room for over an hour and a half. Seriously, I was comfortable in my car, why call me in if you're not even close to ready to see me.) in the form of anti-inflammatories. Which they refused to renew without an appointment with a primary (over a month out) negating the entire point of visiting them. I guess I'll just suffer. ThanksI finally got to see the Everett Clinic specialist (oxymoron btw) two weeks ago, and once again, there was no solution, care, or treatment offered. Just two additional unrelated appointments. When I called the specialist back about my symptoms worsening, they wanted to schedule me with a surgeon... BEFORE trying ANYTHING else. Just straight to surgery for an infection. When I asked about maybe trying something else, first. I WAS TOLD TO GO BACK TO THE WALK IN CLINIC!3 1/2 months of pain, 4 doctors, and I'm back to square 1. Just an endless stream of bills to my insurance (which they can't even get right).

Tried to get an e-visit, it was scheduled for 2pm. Then when we log onto my chart to start the e-visit the message reads you do not qualify for this you must have a video visit. I never received a notification that it would NOT be an option UNTIL after I waited all morning for the scheduled e-visit. Do NOT use this option it does NOT work and they DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY to notify you. Now after waiting all morning since 8am for 2pm appt I have to sit and wait at my computer because it says it could be an hour wait for a video chat. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Just took my mom to the Everett clinic she was denied because she has Kaiser and they would not even check her ID number. The lady was so rude. No problem at the other walk-in.

Love my doctor. Dr.Chunchu, she is the best. Talk to you like a real person and actually listens to you. Changed my insurance just so I could have her for my doctor.

I actually used the walk-in clinic here after a particularly bad fall at work. The line was very short at the walk-in and they were able to help me navigate and L&I claim which I had never done before. The one piece of critical feedback I would give is that I had broken my writing hand and none of the front desk staff offered to help me write the paperwork needed to get treatment. I was a little surprised by that and the paperwork was pretty lengthy and messy because I was trying to write with several breaks in my hand. Finally, one of the nurses offered to help once she saw that I was struggling and after I had been brought back for treatment. The nurses and the doctors here were very thorough and really took time to look at each of my injuries and see how significant they were.

2 stars because we see multiple doctors here, and for the most part, they are great. The pediatricians are fantastic here. However, with one doctor, we had an issue with being charged for an annual appointment (which should not have a copay at all) because the appointment was separated into two visits and billed to our insurance twice. The first appointment they billed is the "annual visit", and the second appointment they billed, that we have to pay a copay $30 for is called an "office visit" ...Which they charge you for if there is anything new discussed. On medications, and it's not working for you, so you need to switch? Well, that's new. Or High -blood pressure? That's new? Maybe you learn for the first time you have high cholesterol? New. So, that's going to be an *additional* charge.Being charged twice for a single visit is just ridiculous. We pay an outrageous amount for our health insurance every month just to be charged even more for an annual review that is supposed to be 100% covered because the doctor charges TWO visits for one appointment.

I'd give them 0 starts if it wasn't for his Primary, she's alright. But the doctors and nurses in the walk-in are a joke. My son has been extremely sick for the past 3 days. 1sr day they thought it was pink eye. They gave him an ointment you have to put IN your eyelid and not touch it. He's not even 2. Tuesday he started to get a fever running between 101-102 all day. Scheduled a follow up for Wednesday (3/22) for him to be seen again. Wednesday comes, his fever is still high, his breathing has gotten worse, (approx. 55 breaths per. min, normal is 28). He was tested for covid and pneumonia, both came back negative. She sent us home. 8 hours goes by and it's gotten worse. We went back, and they blew us off saying it's just a virus, nothing more. Further more, the "nurse" counted 28 breaths, but she didn't count them at all. As he's breathing very fast, the doctor isn't even paying attention. I've never trusted a walk in doctor for this reason, and I'll never start. I'd avoid a walk in care center because they don't care about customer quality, only quantity.

Truly don’t know where to begin to show my appreciation and gratitude for my son’s doctor Shirley Chen! She goes above and beyond for the care of my child. She treats my child like family! I am beyond blessed to have found a doctor that listens to me and addresses my child’s needs. By far the best doctor I’ve met in my 27 years of life. I HIGHLY recommend her for your pediatric needs!

I really didn't understand, I only go to the clinic for annual check up once, why do I have to pay twice for office visitor. The clinic's staff told to me: this clinic automatically separated into two visits, the first time to check up (my insurance paid), and the second time I have to pay copay $30 (called "office visitor") if the doctor diagnoses me with health problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pain...I feel this clinic is forcing me to pay twice for a single doctor visit.

Terrible clinic, I was at the everett clinic in marysville at 11:30am today 1/3/2023 and they refused to see any walk ins! Still open for 8 hours with the walk in sign on that says walk ins welcome in. I asked how long of a wait and the receptionist said it doesn't matter cause we're not seeing you because we're closed
