Starbucks inside this Target is horrible. I will say the new manager was nice enough but that girl behind the counter at Starbucks was awful, like I've NEVER ever been treated so badly anywhere EVER! She was a snot!! I'm NEVER going there again!

I love target and their cute things they have. I always would go to self check out and have no problem with the employees helping in that but yesterday when I went to a cashier this time he was very rude and you can tell he hated his job. After he scanned my stuff he said I'm all ready to go so I put in my card and accidentally moved the chip out. He then said very loud " miss your card was declined" and I straight up told him "no I just moved my card out" . He was just overall was rude

8 out of 10 times that I go in here, no matter what day of the week or time of day there is crap everywhere. I can barely make it through some isles. What looks like returns or maybe stuff waiting to be stocked is all over the place. Also, shelves are half way stocked all the time. I'm sick of it. I ask why it's like this is and the answer is always "well this store was built as a 'low capacity' store and now since the population has risen we aren't big enough". Ok a year later and we are still at this point?? You're losing frequent customers quickly. Do something about it!!

Alright, I'm doing it. We've lived here for eight months and this Target is a disaster. I come here to shop for clothes sometimes or just to look, and EVERY time, the men's section is a disaster. Actually, not just the men's section, the media section can be filled with things as well, making it difficult to navigate. The men's section though is organized in such a way that you would think they we re-modeling. Maybe they are, but even when the Target in Lynnwood was remodeling they didn't make the men's section a giant conglomerate of random stuff (women's clothes, go backs). To me, it seems like you'd have a back room for all of this stuff. It makes me uncomfortable to shop because I always feel like I'm in someone's way if there are employees doing their go backs there. I mean, there's obviously a reason why it's there and not the women's section. Do they think men don't buy clothes also? Then what's the point of having a men's section. Honestly, if you want to go shopping for clothes and you're a guy, try the next Target because this one thoroughly sucks.

Odd staff. They always glare at me like they're looking through me or think I'm a shoplifter or something. The first couple of times I was treated this way here, I thought it was due to my clothes (I'd just come from the gym). However, this was not the case, because the past few times I've stopped by - I have worn business casual and they still look at me oddly. I've never had this experience in any other Target, so I'm bewildered why employees behave so peculiar at this location.

NEVER SHOPPING AT #TARGET AGAIN. Was just told that they'd rather give a DISPLAY CHRISTMAS TREE away to a charity than SELL IT -- yet it HAS A PRICE TAG ON IT! I questioned that and I said that as soon as they sold out if it they should have taken price tag off and the supervisor said "we don't have time for that" & that if she sold it to me she'd be liable -- she should be liable for making customers think that tree was for sale when it wasn't! They've been sold out of that tree in the box for weeks and NEVER REMOVED THE TAG? Don't tell me there wasn't time for that... Shady bait & switch tactics... and I'm never ever giving money to Target, in fact -- I'm returning everything I've bought there this past season because I don't buy from liars and crooks. I don't buy anything ever from people who refuse to sell something with a PRICE TAG ON IT. This was the #Marysville WA location, and they do not care about #customerservice making customers happy. All they care about is being jerks!

I don't write reviews often, but after being treated so poorly at their customer service I felt it was necessary. First of all, the store is extremely small compared to other Target's and the restrooms were tiny and dirty. I came here to return an item that I bought 35 days ago at a Target while I was on a trip to Montana. I assumed that I would have no problem returning at a different target since they're connected and I had no problem doing this with an item from Walmart. When I approached the return register the woman scanned my item (which was a GE antenna that we bought to use with our RV that didn't work what so ever) and then she scanned my receipt. At that time she pushed my item back to me and said this isn't the right receipt. I looked at the receipt, confirmed that it did show the same item (I rarely go to target so I knew there was no other receipts) so I tried explaining that and the woman acted as if I was trying to "get one by on her" or something and demanded that it was not the right item and told me sorry she could do nothing. I asked for a manager who came and corrected the woman saying that it was the right receipt, but that since they didn't carry that item there, there was nothing they could do. And that even if I went all the way to Montana to return it, it was some special item that needed to be returned in 30 days. They were both rude and short. The least they could have done was been a little sympathetic that I had literally thrown away $50 on a piece of plastic from their company. I just moved near by and was planning on shopping there regularly , but after the incident I didn't feel right even shopping there once.

Everyone is always polite and helpful. Went for diapers the other day. Didn't have the size on shelf. Lady came and asked what I needed, she looked them up, then proceed to the back to get them. Thank you!!
