VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have been a customer for 25 years. I have 4 phone lines. I have 360 protection on all phones. I went in today for a new screen protector, as the crack on the screen was cutting my finger. Jeovanne couldn't bring up my account and said he couldn't give anything for me for free. He was very smug, didn't offer any way to figure this out. I offered to go home and get my monthly bills, he said that wouldn't help. He said I could go home and call customer service and see what they say?? How would that get me a screen Protector today? I asked him to call CS, there was a 30 minute wait. I said I live close, could he verify what he needed to when they came on the line and call me and I'll come back. He laughed and said he is not calling me. (in Lake Stevens, the employee went above and beyond, sat in my car to fix the bluetooth connection and said come by any time and he would fix what ever I needed) The female 'manager' came over and said she also couldn't bring up my account. This place is a joke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, they need to hire people that know what customer service is. I did come home, I did call customer service and I did file a complaint. I am going to Lake Stevens to get a screen protector. Then I'm going to find a different phone company.

My phone is having major issues due to age so I stopped in to replace my phone 2 employees one was busy with 2 customers the other one ignored me as of I wasn't there so I walked out. I'll have to drive 30 miles to the next TMobile but not tonight. Highly disappointed with the rudeness of the employee

Went to go fix a bill and one of the employees told me that i was to poor to pay the bill and then called the cops for when we made a complaint for the extra money being taken out for no reason bad experience

If I can give them zero Stars I would wasted at least 5 hours of my life because nobody knows what they're doing I bought T-Mobile internet because they said the coverage in my area was excellent I tried for 2 days to get it to work and it would not connect at all I contacted customer service and a day later they said I had no service available in my area so I guess I had to pay for their mistake and make another long grueling trip to wait in line at T-Mobile so while I was waiting to to be helped another customer told me they had the same problem! I hope this keeps somebody from wasting their time and money

My phone broke and needed replacement. I had insurance on the phone but wasn't very thrilled to hear that there was still an $80 deductible to pay to get a replacement which they didn't have in stock so I would have to go online to take care of everything. I only have 4 months to go until I can get my free upgrade. The employees were quick to tell me to just go online to deal with the issue. Very personal less.

I bought a set of Samsung Earbuds2 Pro from this location. Something went wrong with these earbuds, and, instead of taking a look at it, or even the suggestion of seeing what might be wrong, the only answer they gave me was, "Just send it in!" Awesome! Like I had never thought of that. I'm still paying these things off, and they could've simply swapped them and given me a new pair. I'll never buy anything from this store, or T-Mobile again. As soon as my contract expires, I'm switching carriers.

This store will say ANYTHING to get a sale!!!! They told me iwatch was free with purchase of i14 . They LIED I am being charged and T-Mobile said they had no right to tell me that and I have to pay 299.00 . I had a iwatch on my arm at the time didn’t need a new one. This store will lie for a sale!!!!!

The absolute worst in person customer service of my whole entire life!!!! The rudest possible manager works here!!!! I know I was discriminated against because of my gender, age and income level. I'm still dealing with issues this store inflicted on me in May 2022!! I'm finally free from this horrible carrier. But I had to spend more money at Best Buy to fix my iPhone the awful manager screwed up for me!!

Went into the t-mobile here at smokey point and worked with Jake and Leon. These two guys provided exceptional service. My phone was having issues and they immediately took good care of me. Thanks guys!T-mobile should definitely give these guys a raise!

I went into T-Mobile to get a couple of things and was helped out by Leon, Elizabeth, Alyssa, and Edgar. It wasn’t very busy at the time so they all had a little something to help me with. They all have their own area of expertise. Thanks for helping me out you all! Keep up the great work ??

Good service at a good price but please staff your retail locations. 2 associates at 5 pm on a Saturday is ridiculous. Folks before us have been waiting for 2 hours.... unbelievable.
