They got a bunch of kids working here. The customer service was very bad, they make the whole experience horrible. Go somewhere else.

This store’s regional manager Elvira Reanee Passmante is a liar unprofessional employee. . She sold me two new phones on a “ promotion” that wasn’t even active yet!!! I was supposed to get a Samsung s23 for $600 off with a new line. What I got was $400 off with a new line. I came back to the store 6 times (every visit, I had leave work and lose hours) Renaee never showed up to meet with me about being over charged for phones that were supposed to cost us $200 as well as $200 in tax. When I asked her why T-Mobile was charging me $800 for the two phones in addition to the $200 my dad paid so he wouldn’t have a charge every month. And 400 in taxes we paid. Reanee stated that she accidentally gave me a promotion that wasn’t in effect yet. And to not worry she would fix it. I had this in writing in an email. As well as from employees Mitch Trent’s phone msg one of the times she no showed and Mitch tried to get her to come to the store and address the issue. As well at the time she told me to turn off auto pay and wait for the adjustment on my account than make a payment and turn auto pay back on. Welllll 2 months later the adjustment never came but the fees for taking auto pay off were in addition late payment fees. Every month I’d come in and had to pay what they were asking or risk shut off! I even tried to give back the phones, ( I was well within buyers remorse period) and she refused to have the employee take the phones. Again promising to “fix” the charges. So this said, I have our communication in writing as well as all the receipts. This stores employees aren’t people you’d want to do ANY BUSINESS WITH!So due to having major surgery coming up I was tired of over charges late charges and promises. I switched my phone carrier. However it’s not over for T-Mobile now that I’m on the road to healing I’ll be submitting a lawsuit naming Ms Passmante as well as T-mobile. To recover the fees and have a T-Mobile remove the collections it put on my credit report. Before this incident I had T-Mobile for a couple years it takes one poorly ran store to mess up a good thing!!

It amazes me how much knowledge about electronics these kids have that work here. Most of them are friendly and very helpful. I've been in here a few times over the years. I have never had a long wait to be helped. I was in there the other day and had a less than satisfied experience. I should have got her name. I think she might have been the manager. Long brown hair. She was quite unenthusiastic and acted like I was a bother to her day. She was not only not helpful but extremely unfriendly! I left and got excellent help elsewhere.

Hats off to the sales man at the strawberry festival, for getting my mom and her friend to hook up the Gateway 5G Home internet. Sadly it didn’t work but in one room, you’d have to buy a box per room to use it. Might be the home, might be the quality of the device. We were told that there was 30 day satisfaction,(turns out it was actually 14 days. ) And that you could return to any store, and they would be able to remove it off your account. This was not that case at this location, because “our ups driver doesn’t pick up things here.” The day of the return; we decided to come here cause it was close by, and so happen my mom has been wanting to OUT RIGHT BUY A new upgrade, and add/ buy a new watch. We have also been looking into changing our 19+ year old plan. The manager of the location, was seemingly very helpful. The workers were pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I called customer service about a couple other things. They informed us we shouldn’t change our plan at all, it would make the price go higher. Also that nothing was even changed to the plan from out visit in the store, nothing was forward dated like the manager said. Nothing was taken off. Customer service to compromise, was able to take one upgrade fee off. A nice thing about the store, is the manager was professional, did try and get the watch they didn’t have in stock, sent to us quickly and it did. So thank you for that. There is still a large disconnect between your stores and customer service, there’s no incentive to be a loyal customer anymore.

incompetence! One female t-mobile team member loudly stated my remaining past due balance from across the room. Well I’m behind so please don’t do that! I went in to make yet another payment and ask questions & I was told it’s better to call in 611, but then you pay a 10$ service charge to pay over the phone. So you are telling me… good service not only costs money but only comes from the outsourced associates in foreign countries? Those associates ARE mostly helpful from experience.

Probably the worst tmobile location in the area, horrible customer service, very lazy employees, no respect and overall very bad at there job, if I could leave 0 stars I would because this experience was awful

This is a great store. Not only is t-mobile less complicated than other phone companies, the reps are really great, no one is condescending when explaining things, and it's easy to get help with everything. Eduardo was the main person helping me and he is super nice. The reps all seem ready and willing to help each other when one of them has a question.

Horrible horrible customer service at this location. The manager is worthless and refuses to help fix mistakes his employees made. It’s taken over 4 months of phone calls to get the mistakes fixed. After 15 years with T-Mobile I am happy to say switching to Verizon was the best move we have made. I will never advise anyone to go to this store. BIG WASTE OF TIME.

This is a great store. Not only is t-mobile less complicated than other phone companies, the reps are really great, no one is condescending when explaining things, and it's easy to get help with everything. BRANDON who says he's the store manager OMG! Seriously you need to rethink this!! This guy verbally abused my daughter and her 2 friends! Telling them that they can't keep going in and out the door because they're being monitored. My daughter said but I'm buying a phone for $1500 and paying you $500 and it's taking a long time to transfer my stuff I'm going to step outside and use my Vape, the only other time she went out is when the other gentleman that worked at the store paid for their coffee and they got him a water! So why they were standing outside vaping Brandon decided to walk outside, hand her bag to her and tell her I'm done you guys can leave you're not allowed back in the store again!! there's more to the story and my daughters making her own yelp review and contacting the corporate office, but man don't go to the store. I called another store and they said they've heard quite a few complaints on this store. Also, after talking to another store, we do believe he ripped her off on the cost of the phone.! GROSS BRANDON

My customer service at the Marysville store with Ivan was absolutely outstanding he spent patient time with me to learn how to operate my new phone customer service is so so important to us senior citizens who are not teckies so help is so much appreciated

I have not had a negative experience at this location. In fact, I make it a point to visit here whenever I need to go in person. The staff are always helpful, informative, patient, and kind.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Spent a full hour there trying to get a new phone. We were all set- SIM card was switched, got the new number, everything. Then another guy chimes in and suddenly no trade in, the price goes from free to $250-- total screw job. Gotta love the phone companies- but screw me up front so I don't waste an hour of my life dealing with idiots.
