Probably can update review at a later date. So far not too impressed. Made an appointment, confirmed my contact info. Never told me I had to sign an agreement prior. I check my email every day. Come to the day of appointment I call as the time is cutting a bit close just to check. Turns out no one is coming because they couldn’t contact me for the paperwork.They said email wasn’t going throughand phone but I confirmed my info the first call. So even though I called previously to change my appointment for an earlier day due to being completely out they didn’t think to mention the paperwork then either. Now I have to reschedule for another almost week out. Had they atleast told me when I called to make the only other earliest appointment I would have signed the agreement that day. Very disappointed. I’m hoping things can turn around and I can give better rating for now, I’m at a 2 just because she was nice but now I must pay the consequence for them not telling me about an agreement I had to sign.

They delivered my propane quickly. I had two different payment numbers (paper & online). I called customer service and the Lady quickly got my account payment done.

I liked them as a propane provider for the past 4 years. But now I have stopped doing business with them and had them remove their tank. When I asked for a quote in July 2023 on propane, they gave me a figure of 4.65 per gal. Wow so expensive. I called around and other business gave me a quote that was half their rate and even lower. At that point I was done. I was done getting swindled by a business. There is a reason why they have poor rating on this sight.

Tank rental fee just jumped 480% and last fillup was at $6.35/gallon. Will cost almost $200 to have them take back their equipment but probably worth it in the long run to get to a much cheaper company who doesn't nickle and dime and charge outrageous prices. Its cheaper for me to fill my grill propane tank then get it from Suburban.

3 major area propane services.All 3 in the park. I see every vehicle that comes thru. Suburban is most consistent. Driver accepts call off's.Listens when you say, I'll be gone until (?)And level % fill requests. (30% for refill)They also dont fear Snow.

We were put on a budget plan. Have paid $175 a month as automatic payment for over a year. Got a collection notice and they put our service on hold and threatened to discontinue. While still taking money out each month for payment and then saying we missed payments. Called customer service and they said they'd look into it and call me back. Never did.This issue combined with their poor delivery schedule has us looking for a new propane company.

I have a personal account. I’ve got 6 tanks there right now. Been there a week. But today I’m going somewhere else to pay more cash with more tanks to have them filled. Suburban is a joke. Once my account hits 0 we’re out

Like other reviewers have noted, their “schedule” doesn’t mean anything. They’ve never filled our tank within even a week of when they first committed. Won’t use them again.
