This was my 1st time coming here and it was a very nice experience, especially pedicures! I brought my 6 year old daughter here for her 1st pedi and the ladies were so awesome and patient with her. Will definitely be coming back for more pedis!Services: Foot massages

I’ve only ever had acrylic nails about 5 times in my life. Mainly because I haven’t been happy with the outcome at other salons.Kim did exactly what I wanted, perfect length, shape, and color. I made sure to tip her well! No one has ever made my nails look this nice.Service: Acrylic nails

Got a classic manicure with a lady of an older age. She rushed throughout the whole manicure, had to reminder to clean the edges (it was messy), she also hurt my cuticles-as you can see how dry they are, and didn’t bother to file or give shape to my nails. She also only poured the lotion on my hands/arms and didn’t bother to distribute, she left a white cast on. Sad to see poor customer service from her end?Service: Manicure

Really is a bummer, I had high hopes for this place I had an appointment at 2:30 front guy doesn’t seem too friendly when trying to talk to him he ignored me unless he spoke to me first, didn’t get started on until about 3:15. Seems they overbooked or just accepted all the walk ins without caring for schedule. Another lady w an appointment walked out because of her long wait. I got basic white coffin shaped nails and the shape is off on multiple nails, when I told her she said it looks fine , I tried comparing to the other nail and she didn’t even acknowledge me. My nails were not filed on corners of nail, very sharp and I just don’t have any energy to tell anyone because of just feeling like I won’t be heard. $50 . Be careful and be sure to keep an eye on your nails as they are being done.Service: Acrylic nails

This was my second time going here after a poor first experience and I’m just as disappointed as the first time. The male nail tech that did my full set of pink and white ombré was very rude from the beginning of the service until the very end. On top of just poor attitude my nails themselves were already lifted on almost every finger after just 3 days and every finger is a different shape and length- and I paid $70 for this! I’m now a week post service and had to make another appointment at a different salon because they look so bad. I will not be giving this place a 3rd chance. Save your money and go elsewhere.Oh and just to add- this place does not use new files/buffers/sanding bands on each client, and uses foot graders for their pedicures- WHICH ARE ILLEGAL.

Every time I've gone here one of my nails has broken in under a week and on top of that they have been really rude about the shape I wanted. I wanted pointed nails a little shorter and the guy in there said "no, we only do those long" and cut them to the length he would do them and I submitted because I just needed my nails done. For the 3rd time, because they make them so long, my middle nail broke. I tried to call them to fix it so I could meet their "5 day policy" and their phone isn't working at all. So now I have to go to a different nail salon and pay for a nail that broke because of this salon. I have been nothing but unimpressed and have gotten my nails done for 10 years. I only went here because it was close to where I live.Service: Acrylic nails

Amazing customer service. Plus, you can book your appointment online. Joy is probably the best nail tech I have ever had, and fast. Very helpful in design choices. She was able to change the shape of my nails without having to remove them. I went from coffin to pointed.

First experience, I Went in for a full set gel manicure and gel pedicure. Got a really nice pedicure with a woman technician, and got a very below average manicure from a male technician. I was really disappointed with the outcome of my acrylics. I called them back up and asked if they could make time to fix them. They’re were very helpful and agreed. The man running the front desk, gave me one of his best technicians to fix my nails, and assured me that I would not leave until I was happy. Joy was my new technician and she went above and beyond to make sure that my manicure looked beautiful. I’m really happy with this outcome. It’s not easy to tell a business that you’re not happy with the experience. I’m very grateful they were receptive.Services: Gel manicures

The staff here was very friendly. I specifically asked for my dip manicure to be thin because I have shorter nails and don’t like the chunky, artificial look. They came out great and are even glow in the dark!

Had an amazing experience at Sparkle nails today with Ms. Thu and received a beautiful gel manicure with a fabulous aromatic hand and arm massage. Nail tech did extremely lazy job. Didn't even clean up my cuticles prior to putting on the acrylics. Polish did not look smooth or clean afterwards and now I have to go get them fixed somewhere else.
