Melissa was extremely helpful when I called with a shipping container-related question, even though I told her up front that I wasn't actually looking to buy or rent a container. She took the time to answer all of my questions in a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly manner. Great customer service from a local family-owned business.

This place was amazing. Very quick responding to questions and phone calls. The prices was incredibly cheap for such a large container. I highly recommend and continue to recommend to my family and friends. Will definitely use them again if I am ever in need of a storage container again!

Friendly people, they were able to get me a container that was in good shape and clean dropped off in the exact spot I wanted it. They called me before drop off and pick up to make sure I knew what was coming. I would use them agian.

Wow I'm surprised I had not actually made a post I did a 100% give you all a 5 star rating so just so everyone else knows I ranented simple Box after being evicted after 10 plus years renting... I rented the simple Box in Marysville Washington/Smokey Point Washington loaded my stuff up in it went camping prefer about 7 months before I bought a house down around the ocean once I was ready to move in my house my simple Box was brought to me and put on my property until I moved in I got to say my Eric experience with these guys are great a awesome they shipped my 5 bedroom plus house to me almost a quarter the way across the state not one simple thing was broken of course it took some good packing as well The prices were reasonable for the mileage and the storage fees and everything again great job you and your team

I recently used the north Seattle/Marysville office and worked with Melissa and Keith. I was moving over the mountains and they made the process a breeze! Melissa is super quick to respond via phone or email regardless how many times I bothered her and moving our move up 3 weeks didn't seem to phase them, they made it work! I recommend this over any other service for long distance moves! Thanks a million!
