  I have never had an issue at this place, until today. The lady working behind the counter was so incredibly rude. Lacks customer service skills and shouldn’t speak to customers the way she did. I am absolutely appalled. I went in to pay for gas and asked to put my phone number in and she replied with how I’m supposed to do that first so she had to cancel it. I should have stopped it there and just didn’t worry about the phone number cause the terminal was a bit confusing but she had ZERO patience. And I get working with difficult customers cause I work in customer service. But I was no where near difficult and to have her refuse to sell me gas because of “ how I was speaking to her” I have never in my life been rude to a worker because I know how it is.

  Go to any other gas station. These workers are absolutely awful and lack basic retail customer service skills.

  Went in to grab something an the cashier said and I quote “Ebt is closed”…not really sure what that means.

  June 5, 2022 4:45am! Shell company please remember this cashier on duty. . We were about to fuel up $300 for our commercial truck and my wife needed to use the restroom real quick. As a trucker it's very hard for us that we need to use the restroom as soon as we can. We were also getting ready to get coffee and headback on the road. Out of all the gasoline station in America theres only one person that refused us to use the restroom as a paying customer. She had the audacity with a condescending tone saying "IF I LET YOU USE THE RESTROOM THEN I WOULD HAVE TO LET EVERYONE ELSE USE IT. What kind of a business this Shell Gasoline station run that you cant make customers use the restroom. WE HAVE BEEN ALL AROUND MANY STATES IN AMERICA TO FUEL AND THIS ONE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT REFUSED US BECAUSE SHE WOULD HAVE TO LET EVERYBODY USE IT. She said the bathroom is only open 7am to 6pm and I can just go to a casino! This is by far the worst customer service I've encountered. PLEASE REPLACE YOUR EMPLOYEE OTHERWISE CLOSE YUR BUSINESSES FOR YOUR DECEPTIVE HOURS OF USAGE! I wish there was a 0 star or negative star. I will tell everyone I know never to come to Shell!

  This is my all time favorite gas station to go to. Most of the employees are great. Their are a couple that work their and are the reason I even go their because they are great people and workers and are always quick to see if you need help finding something or they ask if you have found what you were looking for. It's always nice to sit and talk and conversate with them. I've been short on a purchase and they both helped me out. They love their job and you can see it. The other employees besides the 2 I really like are ok sometimes rude like they hate their job or something. They never ask if you found everything or if I need help finding anything. They have mad/rude looks on their face as if they don't want you in their store.

  As I walked in with my energy drink that i brought from home I asked if they had a restroom and Jason stared at me and proceeded to ask “Is that a monster?” I replied with “no it’s a reign” then responded to my question about the bathroom. After exiting the bathroom I went to purchase a few items and Jason’s attitude towards me was very unprofessional it’s very sad you have to lie and ask what kind of beverage I have to assume I was going to steal anything, I won’t be going here again.

  If I could give no stars I would. Use to be my go to place for everything. About a month ago, stopped in to change my clothes because I spilled on my pants. It was the first time in a few days I had been there. In front of a crowd of people, the manager accused me of doing illegal activities in the bathroom stating I had been there earlier that day. After reducing me to tears because it wasn’t true and I was so embarrassed, I got ahold of the HR department who verified by video surveillance that I hadn’t been in the store in a few days. Was told they would speak with the manager and sort this out. Nothing was taken care of. The night crew is pretty decent. Just the day manager is my issue.

  Was in there on Friday, June 26th, around 2:45pm. The employee was lying on the counter with her MASK AROUND HER NECK. Other than myself, not one other person, including the employee, was wearing a mask. I realize there's a partition, but COVID-19 is AIRBORNE. Meaning, it can get that partition is only a PARTIAL help from your company. And if you don't want your job, I know 200 more who do, and will do it right!

  Good gas station but their prices for energy drinks are through the roof. Most of not all other establishments offer a 2 for 4 deal on monster energy but shell doesn't and they are 3+ a piece which drives me away from Shell because I can go anywhere else and get 2 for the price I'd pay for one here

  This woman that works at night in snohomish is so rude I will not stop there again. She is constantlyhateful and rude,why does someone who clearly hates everyone work in a customer service place of business. I have also told many people that won't go there either. There are too many other places that treat people with respect and are glad to take our business. I think her name is Jan. I have kept going there until last Tuesday,despite her rudeness. Tuesday was the last straw. I will never be back

  The caring woman by the name of Jessica saved us from running out of propane in our travel van holiday. Thank you for what could have been a very uncomfortable night for us ! 💞🙏

  Had to do a pit stop here!! Can't say much other than they had a clean spacious bathroom!!! Lots of space to park, pull over and get your stuff re organized in your car.

  My battery died and the employee came out and jump started my car. Very kind of her to do so. I will be pumping gas here more often.
