I am so disappointed with the internet service of this company! We have had no service for over a week and the service has been spotty all month long! If reliability is a big concern for you, I would highly suggest finding another provider. Hopefully, fiber will come into our neighborhood soon!

Can’t even play a match of call of duty most of the time upload speed is litterally like 0.8 for the amount they charge you go get starlink or somthing that’s actually worth the cost writing this review in hope you guys will make your internet fast enough to atleast play xbox on??? internet is litterally dog water

I work from home, and their maintenance notice is "system maintenance from 8/7/23 to 9/22/23". I called their tech support and asked if they could tell me when they'll be working in my area so I could plan to be elsewhere where there was internet. The answer was no. My work phone is an internet phone and my company's software is cloud-based so I have to have internet access. 5G is spotty out here, and my mobile internet device runs too slow to work well for business out in this area. Internet has been off an on all week during business hours. If you're going to do maintenance, do it when people aren't working.

2023 update:They randomly take down the internet for “outages” during the day. How is it an outage if my internet is working?? ?2022 update:Salish Networks and Tulalip broadband have now merged, and they have been making some upgrades! internet speeds are now up to 150/10Mbps over coax, And I’m told more upgrades are coming in the future. They also have added a lot of HD channels to their cable line up as of 1/2022. Much improved!

As a new customer setting up internet service this is by far the best experience I have had with getting setup. The customer service from Kimberly and Sean has been excellent and are grateful for the smooth process. Pricing is reasonable as well. thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend these guys they charge you 2 separate fees for cable and internet it’s like 200 -300 bucks just to have them come out and screw the the box in the wall I could have did that plus they charge by the speed of the internet I would recommend using Xfinity it’s a lot cheaper and they give you the option of getting the equipment and hooking it up yourself without the fees and some plans wifi is included with the package and the box they give you has all kinds of apps you can use it’s like a roku box try them Salish is too expensive

The technician who installed internet service yesterday, was excellent! He worked quickly, cleared out unnecessary splitters and cable, made as straight and direct a connection as possible. He was amicable, courteous, and explained just enough. I am impressed with the quality and professional service I received.

Every time I've interacted with the Salish Networks crew either in person or over the phone they've been wonderful. When we first moved into the area they went out of their way to make sure we got reliable internet at the best speed possible, and when I recently had to switch to their cable service they were impressively punctual, professional, and genuinely kind. I'm so glad I'm in their service area.
