There was an older gentleman working here who was extremely rude. I asked him if the tire machine took change and he looked at me and said if you are asking me a question about the tire machine I have nothing to say to you and i'm not going to help you... LIKE WHAT????? who speaks to customers like that!?!?!

Usually I have no issues here, in and out unless it's super busy, only thing I don't like is when they close for 2-3 days with no notice on what is happening or for how long they will be closed. Also no restroom but there is one in the actual Safeway Grocery Store.

I’ve been a customer at this fuel center for years. My interactions with most employees have been pleasant. Except for one older gentleman in particular that is consistently rude, lacks professionalism, is condescending, and has ZERO customer service skills. It’s inconvenient, but I will go elsewhere if I see him working from now on because I don’t deserve to be treated in the manner he treats me. Be kind to everyone, you never know what kind of day they’re having.

Since they upgraded the pumps they pump the gas extremely slow now. It just took me 10 mins to pump 14 gallons. No wonder why there is constantly a line and everyone takes forever.

Drove here for gas. One lane was closed because it apparently wasn’t working. Went to another which was not marked closed. There was a little note letting me know something wasn’t working.... why not just put a sign out telling people not to bother here?
