We've been getting our cars from Kendall Subaru for years, I recently traded in my 2018 Crosstrek for a '23 Forrester Wilderness. David Jennings has always been our preferred salesman and he really made this trade-in easy. I drove an outback wilderness and I was pretty set on getting it but he insisted that I try the Forrester which is what I ended up getting and it's been great. really appreciate, David making this process effortless.

I just purchased a 2023 WRX for my son and had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from Oscar. Although, buying a car is a challenging and exhausting process of negotiations, waiting, and signing of countless papers (all things outside of Oscar's hands, including how management lacked integrity of their word as a unified front in offers given)... !!!! He took the time to remain in communication, advocate for me, and when it was all said and done... he took pictures of my son holding his new car keys and sent them to me to celebrate at the close of our night. If you go to Subaru, ask for Oscar... He gave EXCEPTIONAL customer service (and I know I was NOT easy to negotiate with)!!! Honestly, Oscar is the ONLY reason I didn't walk away and buy from Michael's Subaru in Bellevue!!! Oscar... I will be sharing my experience with my family, friends, colleagues, clients, and anyone I know who is in the market for a car!!! You're top-notch, and Kendall is fortunate to have you!!!

Lukas Taylor (sales) contacted me when the car I was looking for became available. He took a great deal of time driving around with me and, afterwards, explaining several options. When that deal didn't work out, he contacted me a few weeks later with another option. I really felt like he was interested in selling me the car I wanted, not just any vehicle to make the sale. He really stands out as a sales professional and I appreciated all he did. I will definitely seek Lukas out for future vehicle transactions.

Only reviewing purchase experience right now as I have not used their service department. It was an easy purchase for me. They accepted my company's VIP discount with no issues and weren't pushy at all when I declined the add-ons and service plan. I worked with Tanner who I would highly recommend. They didn't have a car on the lot I wanted, so he looked up what was currently inbound and found the spec I was looking for and reserved it for me. Always answered my texts quickly and called me back when he said he would. Overall the experience is what car buying should be.

Tanner at Kendall Subaru did a great job helping me get a new Subaru. He is knowledgeable, honest, patient and very friendly. Good job!Everyone at the dealership wants to help and be sure you're happy. Highly recommend Tanner and the Marysville Kendall Subaru if you are looking for a new car.

I just bought a beautiful Outback and was helped by Andrew Adkinson. Andrew was very patient and explained everything to me during the process of getting my new car. It took a few weeks to get here and he kept me apprised of the status and answered all my questions about trade-in's and everything car related. I highly recommend you talk to Andrew for your next car purchase. Also, I have used the service dept for the past year and they were always very courteous and fast for service.

Rudy is a excellent service person. He did a great job. Getting me in a week earlier and letting me have a loaner car. Until my WRX STI is fixed. Thanks.

After my most recent two oil changes at this dealership they mentioned to keep an eye on my brakes because they needed to be serviced soon. At 45000 miles, I bought new tires from les Schwab and they stated my brakes had 2 oil changes left/10000 miles before they needed to be replaced. At my last oil change, the advisor stated my brake pads were gone and it was unsafe to drive. Mind you, this was a couple days after I bought the new tires and was told otherwise. I inquired the price and was quoted around $800 with parts and labor and stated it would take half a day. I was informed the brake pads would be replaced on my WRX STI and the Rotors would machined. I had an opening in my schedule and made an appointment for the brake job that was discussed several weeks in advance for a day I was off work. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told I needed new rotors and pads (instead of machining rotors as previously advised) and that only a few parts were available and the rest had to be shipped in. I was then informed instead of the "half day $800 job," it would be at least 3-4 days to get parts in plus labor and the job would could just shy of $4000 which is 4 times the price what I was quoted initially. I asked why I made the appointment in the first place if the parts weren't available and was offered a loaner vehicle. I asked the advisor why I was quoted and told a much cheaper price the prior two visits, and a half day turn around if that's not even accurate. He stated he's been doing this for over 20 years and my car always needs rotors replaced when brakes get replaced because it's a specialty sportier vehicle. He couldn't explain why the other service that was cheaper and less time was even offered and stated "they would look into it." After further discussion I declined services and took my vehicle. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of someone who didn't know better. Do your research... I compared the part numbers that were provided by the service advisor to Subaru.com part pricing and all of them are marked up above MSRP by a minimum of $20 per part. They could not provide an explanation as to why the pricing was 4x what I was quoted the prior two visits and when I requested to speak with service director they were unavailable. I requested a call back to discuss the pricing and information discrepancies further and still have not received that call. They must just not care about the continued business and want to prey on the uninformed customers. My husband and I just purchased a brand new 2023 Subaru crosstrek from here two months ago and serviced multiple vehicles and are now realizing that doing so at Kendall was a mistake. We will let our family and friends know about our disappointing experience here. There are plenty of other options for purchasing and servicing your vehicle Kendall Subaru is not one that should be considered.

Roy Robinson service is dead - since Kendall took over, they stopped accepting appointments, then realized their mistake and went to "appointments preferred." Learned this yesterday when I went for oil change and was told it's a four hour wait, but if you will make an appointment we'll give you priority tomorrow since you are 40 minutes away and have to come Back. When they fist took over I called for an appointment and was told it's first come first serve. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told at least an hour and 45 minutes. I went for a walk and returned an hour later, checked to see if the car was done, was told no, and then waited an hour and a half longer before another customer complained about the long wait on walk in, and I remarked to their technician an appointment seemed no better. Then the technician came out and demanded to know where I was, as she had called my name several times (though not for at least an hour and a half). they don't wash your car, vacuum, nothing, but did say she left a voicemail to sell me new wiper blades and a filter, apparently not included in the $120 oil change. The filter is another $25, wiper blades $44.95. I didn't recognize anyone there. Looks like the good people have moved on to other jobs I will be moving on to another shop also.

This makes me really sad to be leaving a review of this kind as the last three years, I've enjoyed coming in and working with the service department with my leased vehicle. However, my lease is up and the way I've been treated is just not ok. I came in over the weekend to to buy out my lease and was told people actually buying cars take priority and it'd be several hours till they got to me which I was frustrated and they told me to call back today and I could schedule a time to come back tonight to buy my lease. Then I was told that again, I could come in but people buying cars take priority and they probably wouldn't get to me, that I need to come in, In the morning. I stressed I worked and asked if I could please come in after work and I was given major attitude. They expressed interest in my car numerous times and said they however, would give me a down payment for my car; to put toward something else and I made it very clear I didn't want to give up my car. Ive been a loyal customer and to be treated this way is unfortunate.

Great experience with salesman Ricky! He is kind, caring of his customers, efficient and communicative. When it was time to pick up my car that was ordered he had it all washed and ready to go. The paper work and financing was easy peasy. Fasted car dealership I've ever experienced. Thank YOU, Ricky!

This place has gone way down since the shift in ownership. Service département does not have loaners, and an oil change is a more than 3 Hour wait. Every customer is being upsold filters, brakes, all kinds of stuff. I will not come back here unless I have to.
