Bought a new car. I had visited months ago and spoke with sales consultant Ivan Osorio. Ivan remembered me even though I was only there 20 minutes. He was excellent to work with and just an excellent person. Then it even got better with the finance manager Andrew Adkinson. I’ve bought my fair share of vehicles and Andrew was the best finance experience to date. This team is top notch.

Peter took the time to respond to many emails with knowledge and professionalism. Peter was an amazing sales associate. He was very knowledgable about the car and took the time to go over every aspect of the car. We learned things about our car that we would have never known if Peter had not shown us. He is full of fun and never pressed for anything. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Have continuously had amazing service here. When we first purchase vehicle we had issue that they fixed without cost to us. Then I accidentally came to wrong location without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. So grateful for the great service and support here!

I had a fantastic experience at Kendall. Cale was friendly, knowledgeable, listened to what I did and didn't want, brought a much appreciated no-pressure energy, got me a deal, and made the entire experience from beginning to end pleasant and exciting! They even reprinted some paperwork I misplaced (lol oops). I will be recommending him and Kendall Chevrolet to my friends & family.

Kendall Chevrolet was by far the best auto sales process I have ever been through. I started working with Ivan, who was a great guy and trying to find the right fit for me. Then Austin took over the rest of the search and sales process. Austin, is a great guy and very knowledgeable. He worked hard to make the sales process perfect to fit my needs. When we first sat down with numbers they worked within our budget and got the sale within reason of where I wanted it. He didn't come out with all this unwanted stuff on the sales sheet to turn me off (unlike another local dealership). I would highly recommend anyone ask for Austin next time they go in he is the best. Jamie was also fantastic as he helped guide the sales process for the dealership. Finally, the finance portion of the sale far exceeded my expectations. Andrew was experienced and efficient. The finance portion during a auto buying experience is often the most annoying and worst part, typically they won't listen to your "no" with add ons. Andrew knew what I wanted (extended warranty) and understood that I wasn't interested in all the other junk. He didn't even try to sell me the unwanted add-ons. I went in with my own financing which he didn't bat an eye and try to get me to use their recommended ones. It was so smooth and easy I thought I was dreaming. I stopped in the next day and I complimented him on the great experience I had. I asked him why he didn't try to sell me all the add-ons that I wouldn't have purchased anyway. He said he could read me and knew I didn't want it. I really appreciate that approach and I think this will increase the buying of others at this dealership. Kendall Chevrolet has a great team in place to succeed. I will be a strong supporter of this dealership and tell everyone I know to go see them for their auto needs. Thanks for the fantastic experience.

We had a really awesome experience at Kendall. Peter is by far the best sales person I have experienced in my car buying experience.
He is so geniune and a natural in connecting with people. He earned our trust and we did not feel any of the gimmicks played as part of the car buying experience.
He followed up on our questions that he did not know the answers right away. He never pressed us to take a car, he was infact making sure that we find the car that we like and also suggested options even if it involved a wait.
We felt that he was working for us rather than on the other side off us. He was so patient and energetic that everyone of us enjoyed working with him. He gave us a very good deal and also patiently explained the features of the car without boring us.
He definitely serves as a reference for the best attributes and characteristics of a good sales person.
We also worked with Kristina who was also good. There was another sales person who we worked with briefly when Peter was busy and the difference was night and day. He was pushing us to buy one car while we were interested in a different trim.
You should definitely leverage Peter to observe and train other sales people and I strongly feel that getting him into more leadership roles will be of benefit to the dealership.

My best friend and I went in to look at trading in her vehicle. Low and behold found this diamond in the rough. So we had two trade in's. Let me tell you the atmosphere and employees for that day was absolutely amazing. This was an experience that I will always remember. Thank you Cale as we certainly at some point had you running.
