Understaffed. Long lines every time. Long wait times. Drive thru not open multiple visits (not talking about during lunch break). Staff is not willing to help, every other pharmacy is happy to search for best pricing. Rite Aid never goes above and beyond with customer service. Worst pharmacy I’ve been to.

For the second month in a row there was an issue with my prescription. But that wasn't the beginning of the problem for months I had attempted to change my prescription from one rite aid to another but they seemed incapable of doing it. Finally they were able to do it they've sent two of my prescriptions to one rite aid and one prescription to another rite aid. Then this month I put in a refill using the rite aid app. And it wasn't filled when I called two days later I was told there had been a power outage at the store. Apparently for 2 days which would have been big news in the area but nobody heard about that. But magically my prescription was completed when I called them 35 minutes after I called them two days after I put it in.

I usually only leave a review for stores that I have had a good experience with but I feel this being a pharmacy I should tell you about my experience I wasn't able to get a name from the young lady I talked to but I was treated with a short temper and a not very helpful call, her customer skills were lacking and I was disappointed seeing as this is my home pharmacy. I would recommend using a different pharmacy if possible, this rite aid is just not good when it comes to dealing with customers and things of the sort.

This place is a joke! No help what so ever. "10 minutes" actually means at least 2.5 hours.

Jimmy was amazing the customer service and caring touch he provided to my mom whom was looking for glucose supplies He was very patient and pleasant with her as I was on the phone trying to assist her Grateful for Jimmy and I hope his manager knows what a great asset he is

This is the closest pharmacy to my home, however I would consider it inconvenient to fill my perscriptions here. First, the staff is extremely rude. They answer the phone and just say "please hold" and immediately place you on hold, without letting you say a word, then leave you on hold for 10 minutes or more. They seem extremely unhappy there and make comments like "well I guess I will look through this big pile of paperwork for you". Their tone is rude and unfriendly. The drive thru wait time is unruly. I do empathize with the employees, since they seem to be overwhelmed. I have been in the service industry for 20 years and I would never treat people in the manner they do, even under immense stress. I am transferring to Fred Meyer pharmacy, due to the lack of professionalism and rude attitude of the staff at this location. As a previous reviewer stated, an apology to someone's review is not going to fix the issue. Addressing the service and conduct issue directly is a good start.

Although the clerks are personable, I don't understand the need to wait for the busy clerk. I recently shopped here and when I walked up to the register there are two clerks,one at each register. One clerk is serving someone so I go to the second clerk and get told no - I have to go stand in line behind the person who's being served and wait for that clerk. All the while the clerk that is not busy is standing and chatting with her co-worker and the customer that's being served. My turn comes and she continues the conversation with her co-worker and now me. Why did I have to wait, is there some reason I could not have been served as well?

Wish I could give a Minus review. The assistant in the pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. She said "Here's your Medicine" and turned around. Very rude, I would not suggest, if you want to be treated like a human, to go there, ever!. She doesn't need to be in any kind of customer service unless you don't want customers coming back. I had found the meds at another Pharmacy and I wish I had done them instead. Learned my lesson and will never step foot back in there again. I will shop there as the personnel for the store have been decent so far. Just never Pharmacy. Once my pain meds were prescribed at the Dr.'s office they called them over but they, I guess, decided I didn't need them till the next day. Even then I had to call to get it filled. STAY AWAY FROM PHARMACY

I was trying to get an urgent prescription filled here before heading back to Canada. Although they didn't have it in stock, Tim the pharmacist was so helpful and talked to the pharmacy near the border crossing who did and was able to start it while we were driving--really grateful.

Drive through consistently has extremely long waits. Recently after waiting 20 minutes the tech tells me my prescription is out of stock. I asked if another rite aid had it in stock or if there was another brand available. He said he couldn't check because the line was too long. Very poor customer service and long waits. No longer using this pharmacy.

If I could give negative stars I would. On multiple occasions intact almost EVERY TIME when my doctor or my kids doctor calls in needed prescriptions hours later the pharmacy hasn’t even started them!! There is even times it takes days to get them. This is not a one time thing this is literally every time . They don’t even bother to call or anything to tell you there is a delay. Moving our business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE

This is one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been there every time I go to grab the prescription there could be 1 person in front of me and it still takes over 15 minutes for them to be serviced and then another 15 minutes for me. I can't fully speak on it but I guarantee you if they actually paid their employees right we'd have great customer service and they'd actually have enough people's staff. Never had an issue like this with Walgreens or barttells

This rite aid pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever been to. I totally get that they are understaffed. That’s a corporate issue. But when the staff bark at customers as if it somehow their problem I take issue. This particular pharmacy is close to home but my wife and I have stopped using it and have decided to go anywhere but there. It makes me mad and sad. The store itself is great but it has to be suffering from lost revenue that folks picking up prescriptions would have provided.

I have been going here for almost five years. The pharmacy is efficient and friendly. I have received all my vaccines here. Rewards program is great, many coupons for money off whole purchase. All employees are friendly! Fun seasonal products.
