Just purchased my 25 Honda Civic Si.
Even on a busy Saturday the process was quick.
I had the pleasure of having Ben as my salesman. He was very laid back and not pushy at all and worked with me to get to a price I could agree to.
Couldn't be more happy with my experience.

Mohammed was helpful in that. He explained things well, spoke loudly enough for my 91-year-old father to hear and slowly and clearly. Overall, we had a great experience and we were helped right away when we walked through the door.

Great experience start to finish! Forrest was highly knowledgable, and we were in and out with a new Accord in under three hours! Every employee in the whole place was friendly and attentive, and the whole process was refreshingly low-pressure.

I dont write reviews often, but the interaction I just had with one of their sales staff is just plain unacceptable. I looked at a 2022 CR-V online, cookies turned off and having not given my information to have a follow up. I have been routinely looking at this Honda dealership's used inventory cause I have had great experiences with a salesman named Chase in the past few months, and had it on my books to do my business through him when I was ready to drop the cash on the right car. I got a call from a salesman (name started with an A, he mumbled...and now I know why), asking if I wanted to know any more information on the 2022 CR-V. I told him what I said to others, not at this time and he was now the second person to have called me in a week about it, and if there was anyway they could stop calling. He states I gave my information asking for a follow up, in which I correct stating I did not (they have my information from previous interactions weeks ago, not from this newest search) but its ok, I understand that they are trying to make a sale, and to still stop calling me. This young man then tells me that 'next time, just don't fill out the information and we wouldn't call you....might help you out for next time.' I was stunned to silence at how rude and belittling this man, who is TRYING to get MY business, decided to respond. I told him I was shocked by his response, said he just costed that dealership a customer, and hung up only to call back to ask for a manager. A manager called me back, and I told him all this. They stated they would use this as a coaching opportunity, and viewed any serious reprimand for this behavior is ' ooooo thats a little harsh'. So let this be a warning to all of you; give fake information, give fake numbers, or else they WILL gaslight you and harass you, and will respond negatively when when you ask them to stop doing this...foolish of me to think this car dealership was different. And to Chase, who I was going to work with on buying a car? Yeah...tell your buddy thanks for costing you commission :)
Edit 9/12 8:52p - It seems the manager who claimed to have removed my phone number and email from the system to stop their sales folks from reaching out to me lied cause I just got ANOTHER sales call from these folks claiming I was looking at something this morning (spoiler! I wasn't).
Edit 9/13 9:16am: Owner response - Ok so lets use some common sense here...why would I be looking at your place, after I JUST said I wouldn't, at 2am on a weekday? Just in case you were right, I triple checked my search history and my deep data searching and low and behold; no search was made on your website from my computer! I even gave you the benefit of the doubt and checked other computers and man...no search was made! So thats your first lie. I would like to say I'm shocked you aren't holding your staff member accountable for his tone and actually defending it, but all the more reason to record calls with salesmen to make sure the world can hear them instead of having the 'owner' defend crappy staff. I get you are trying to save face and defend yourself here, but lying when it can be easily disproved is not it.
