I couldn’t have asked for better service! I had a last minute event come up and brought some dress shirts and pants to be cleaned and pressed. Brought by on a Tuesday afternoon thinking there was no way I’d be able to get them back by Thursday morning for the event. The working owner said there was no production going on that Wednesday and that he would be at his Seattle location but would personally take my clothes to Seattle with him and then bring back for me to pick up first thing Thursday morning. I was very impressed! Then later Tuesday evening, that same day, I got an automated text saying they were already done and ready for pick up! Even faster than I was expecting! I got my clothes on Wednesday and the owners brother was there, he was just as professional and caring for my needs as the owner. I tried to leave a generous tip but I was told an honest review would mean more to them so here I am! My clothes turned out great and I will continue to use this place going forward! This place got new owners and they are GREAT! Took my wedding dress and my husbands suit here after our wedding to get them dry cleaned. We were so happy with how perfect they turned out! The workers here have wonderful customer service and are genuinely nice people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Army Sgt rank sewn on upside down. FAIL, needless to say I don’t recommend. Charged $18 and blamed the mistake on me and said he would fix it for another $18.

The guy behind the counter has always been friendly and courteous. My clothes have been ready when they said they would be and they have been good at alterations. I haven't considered any place else since starting here.

Not really impressed by this place. I hate giving two stars but this place needs more improvement. I had my jacket dry cleaned here because I spilled pop over my leather jacket. When I picked it up couple stains were gone but there was quite a bit left.

Had my suit cleaned last year. Brought it home and hung it up without looking at it. When I needed to wear it for a funeral I realized the jacket was still not clean. The spot on the shoulder was still there. I was forced to change my outfit. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I also knew I wouldn't be able to speak with the Asian guy because of the language barrier so I had my suit cleaned elsewhere.

I brought a brand new dress(never wore) of my daughter at this place. When my wife picked it up today there were stains on the dress and the Asian guy who barely speak English said that the stain was already there when we dropped it off. The dress was brand new and we literary bought it from the store and took it to the cleaners to be steam clean. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. THIS IS A RIPPED OFF. PLEASE HELP ME SPREAD THE WORDS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. All review so far gave one star.
