The employees are genuinely good people who care about ALL animals. They are kind to my bird, my hedgehog, and my dogs. They go out of their way to be helpful. I used to go to the PetCo at Smokey Point because it was more conveniently located, but after several bad experiences at that PetCo I am going out of my way to go to this PetSmart. Ashley S is one of the employees at PetSmart that has done a great job, but there were other great people too.

Most of the animals look sick was in here a couple days ago and some guy brought in a dead guinea pig and said that the lady said that she probably shouldn't sell it to him cause it was shaking then when I called them out on the fact that they get their animals from disgusting mills the employee got an attitude with me...maybe if they actually took care of their animals they wouldn't be selling sick animals oh and the fact that they throw live animals away ?.....about a year ago I got two finches from here that died so this location sells sick animals

Our family stopped by to get hamster supplies, and meanwhile also looked at the fish. Many dead fish. Very sad.

PetSmart advertises walk in services like a nail grind. We've brought our German Shepherd there 3 times in last week to get a walk in nail grind. Been turned away due to lack of staffing. It's a real bummer as we never had an issue in the 5 years we've been taking her here. They also advertise Yappy Hour M-F with $5 off a walk in service. How am I as a customer supposed to take advantage of these offers?

They canceled my grooming appointment in the Marysville, WA store AND DIDN'T BOTHER TELLING ME afterI drove 25 minutes to get there.

I am not even sure I should give these guys a star at all. I have been taking my two German shepherds here for years. I have never had any issues until now. My husband and I took our male in to have him groomed. The minute the lady came out of the back room you could tell she didn’t want to deal with him. The first thing out of her mouth was he is a big boy. She then proceeded to tell me that according to the notes from last time they couldn’t finish his grooming because he got aggressive. I was confused since our dog is not aggressive at all. I asked if that was true why wouldn’t they have told us when we picked him up. Last time he looked completely groomed. Confused I asked if maybe they got it confused with our other German Shepard since she is a bit excitable (not aggressive) she was extremely rude and said either way I am not going to finish his grooming if he gets aggressive. She then continued to try to come up with another reason not to groom him. She complained that he was going to take a long time since he was so big, she then started talking about his nose. He does like to dig in the dirt and had a crack on his nose. This has never been an issue in the past when taking him in for grooming, so I didn’t feel that there was an issue. She went out of her way to get someone to tell her she couldn’t do his grooming. I felt that this was completely on called for. She obviously doesn’t like her job! This lady shouldn’t be anywhere near dogs if she has this kind of attitude. Needless to say, you have lost my business and anyone else that I can talked to

no way do you want to use the marysville store first couple visits was a good experience with the groomers than i found out they really don't know much about dogs at all and management knows even less it really took me by surprise when the dude that said he was manager had no clue as to what a dog halter was

Had my 2 dogs service and been charged for the service that wasn't been authorized. Terrible service @ grooming. Not all of them... My dog smells like they didn't give them a bath. My dogs wrinkles are all crusty and didn't even clean the ears. I got home and i have to clean it. And they tried to include the $27 tip?
