I got treated like hell there a couple days ago. I have three accounts there with thousands deposited. I had gotten dirty working on my van in my hanger at Arlington. I had no clean clothes to change into so I went to do my errands dirty. The teller had no pleasantries for me at the beginning or end of the transaction . She tossed my ID at me across the desk . She offered no small change .. I had to ask .. If it was easy enough I would go to another bank for sure at this point

This is the worse bank I've ever done business with!! They do not care about their customers at all. I've had to deal with two rude managers at two different branches trying to straighten out my account. Recently they've closed some of their branches. So I went to my bank branch the other day at Smokey Point and I got a big surprise...Opus is gone and another bank has set up there! No letter, no call, nothing from Opus telling me they closed this branch. Their practices of how they treat their customers is beyond negligence and it's completely heartless! **** Update**** It's all about their rich customers! They now charge $3.00 a month for bank statements unless you have $10,000 in your accounts! SMH...WTF?!?!

Worst experience and service with a bank. Will NEVER bank with Opus again and I encourage everyone who is considering to stay away from them. You won't be sorry you did.
