“If this store could be renamed, it should be 'Above and Beyond Supply'! We were sent here after an impromptu bunny purchase (long story, and who does that?!) Anywho... we initially purchased bare necessities for our newest furry family member and as we were checking out, the awesome staff went above and beyond. Not only did she steer us to a few more must haves at affordable prices, she share tips and tricks from her perosnal experience as a bunny owner, she shared websites for additional supplies, and even confirmed the gender of our baby bunny! She pulled in another staff member to confirm too! Side note, aside from supplies for animals of all sorts - they had baby chicks in! Loved to see they were collecting warm clothes donations and giving back to the community in this way as well. Great store, great people working there, just all around great!”

“Needed annual maintenance on my BX25 plus resolve a fuel issue. Fuel filters replaced, problem initially solved. Stalling issue returned shortly, they asked for the tractor back, troubleshot problem, found and removed debris from tank under scope of original work. Problem solved!Great team to work with - thanks!”

I recently ordered a Kubota KX040-40 from Greg Miner (Sales Manager). From placing the order through delivery the team at Kitsap Tractor provided excellent service and follow through. In the current environment, it is difficult to find excellent customer service. I can honestly find nothing but good things to say about Kitsap Tractor Marysville... from the top down. “Was able to get what I need and it was easy to maneuver for a big Home Depot store. Also was relatively impressed at some of the staff more towards the elderly side be so helpful. The lack of star on this one goes to the employees that look to be in their 20s. These guys have idea what they're doing and is most likely just a job for them. They looked so oblivious when a customer asked a simple question about ratchet straps. I had to step in or the customer would of bought something they didn't want. If I have to do your job you probably should be here.”
