This people think they are the only bank in the US. The employees in this branch needs training in customer service. I dont care if your husband is the Adm, you will not get any respect if you dis respect your customers.

I have been a customer of the Marysville branch of NFCU about 5 years, best bank I've ever used. Anyone with a relative (dead or living), or even room mate who is or has been in the armed forces, can join. I began coming here due their high CD rates, better even than most of the online banks, and they have many local branches where you can visit your money. This had been the closest branch to me accessible to civilians, a couple months ago they opened a new one near Alderwood Mall. I go there for simple stuff, but still consider Marysville my branch. So I went up to change some CD's to higher new rates. I was expecting to pay the penalty for breaking our deal, and was told the fees would be waived! I couldn't believe it. Always so friendly, and extra spiffy being in the Naval Support Complex, which despite the name, is accessible to civilians.

What a nice and friendly branch. I went in with an overly complicated transaction that I knew would take at least 30 minutes to explain and address and Marisol, an amazing team member there that day was extremely patient as I explained my situation she took care of my issue in less than 10 minutes with the most pleasant attitude I've seen in a while. Thank you Marisol everybody at the Smokey Point branch.

Outstanding customer service. We are so fortunate to have an NFCU credit union location within 15 minutes of our home. We never feel hurried when making financial decisions with any of the team members and it reminds me of the way banking services used to be conducted.
