I have been going to the mail box junction for over 16+ years. They used to have good employees & service there. NOT ANYMORE! GRRRR! They got rude if all the good employees and the woman they have working there right now always forgets to give me my packages. Even when I say I have packages the woman there says I don't have any packages. So then, I leave and later find out yes in fact I had packages there. This is the 2nd time now. And the package I was expecting today was my lil dog's medicine he needs badly. Now he's got to go without it until Monday when I have to go back to Mail box junction and tell them YET AGAIN YES I HAVE 2 PACKAGES THERE! ??????

They have lost my mail, either that or stolen. Some was gifts for kids, very sad how the owner treats people.

I prefer going to this postal office. There is seldom a wait. Staff are warm, friendly and professional. UPS? Yes! FEDEX? Yes! Regular mail? Yes! Need copies? Yes! They also offer to box your items for you. Awesome service.

Well the owner lost 2 packages, after nearly a month of him not returning calls and his obedient naive young female employees apologizing for his behavior he canceled my box sending back kids Christmas presents a week and a half before Christmas. I had to call the police to retrieve the presents he was keeping. Seriously awful owner. Avoid this place lime the plague. I am filing a civil suit

Sent off 1,300.00 worth of merchandise.
Tracking number generated, never seemed to make it to the USPS carrier.
We spent 300.00 and lost that plus the value of the merchandise. (1,300.00)
Alway, Avoid the USPS, and never mail uninsured. This store offers no insurance and that is extremely if not somewhat suspicious!
Buyer beware!!!
