“This place has helped wash n fold my laundry while my home laundry room is remodeled. They even did the pet beds and blankets. They are always happy and my laundry is folded so nicely. 1 day or more turn around depending on my schedule and when it’s dropped off. They also have many washers and dryers if I want to do it myself.”

“I couldn’t have asked for better service! I had a last minute event come up and brought some dress shirts and pants to be cleaned and pressed. Brought by on a Tuesday afternoon thinking there was no way I’d be able to get them back by Thursday morning for the event. The working owner said there was no production going on that Wednesday and that he would be at his Seattle location but would personally take my clothes to Seattle with him and then bring back for me to pick up first thing Thursday morning. I was very impressed! Then later Tuesday evening, that same day, I got an automated text saying they were already done and ready for pick up! Even faster than I was expecting! I got my clothes on Wednesday and the owners brother was there, he was just as professional and caring for my needs as the owner. I tried to leave a generous tip but I was told an honest review would mean more to them so here I am! My clothes turned out great and I will continue to use this place going forward! “My washer broke and it was my first time going to a laundromat. One of the washers never filled with water and I was a bit frustrated bc I had already put my money in and this is a “no staff at location” type of store, so I figured I was just going to have to eat that money. I ended up calling the number on the wall to see if I would get a response and was pleasantly surprised by the fast response and customer service. The owner was very pleasant and sent me a refund while I was still completing my laundry. Machines will have issues, I totally get that, but to have someone very understanding reach out and make it right on the spot without having to jump through a million hoops is something to definitely mention. So thank you!”
