I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I’ve received over the years from my agents at State Farm.I recently had a fire at my house and without there help I wouldn’t know how to handle the trauma involved. They helped me every step of the way from temporary housing to filing claims and even moral support. I finally had the pleasure of meeting them in person and putting a friendly face to their voice on the phone!

House was small and smelled bad. I went to get a quote but was told to reschedule. It looks like the staff was on their lunch break and too busy to assist me at that time. I ended up going to Allstate a few blocks away and had a much better experience.

Have been with State Farm for a long time! We have 5 vechicles through Julie Kerbers office and we absolutely love working with them. They are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns that we ever have. Go visit with them to see what they offer.

My mom and I switched our policy to State Farm / Julie back during Covid at the recommendation of our neighbor at the time because American Family was going to RAISE our rates by $200 while everyone else was lowering or doing what they could for their policy holders. Not only did Julie get us a lower rate than what we were paying before the increase, but her team continuously beats the competition (I shop rates every now and then).
I recommend everyone to Julie & team not just for the best prices and knowledge, but for the amazing customer service as well via in person, over the phone, text and email. Everyone is great - and handles my ever changing multi-vehicle policy with ease :)
