Jason Johns has been our exceptional ANPAC insurance agent for many years. We have classic cars and travel yearly to our home in Arizona. He handles our cars, quads, car hauler, homes and an umbrella policy. We had a claim due to a hurricane and it was dealt with quickly. We would recommend Jason to anyone looking for a great insurance company.

Filing with Jason was an enjoyable experience with him taking a lot of his time to explain to my spouse and i what our options were.Though it was our first time getting home and life insurance, Jason was able to diffuse much of the stress that goes into picking a life/home/ and auto policy and we were able to find one perfect for our situation.

Jason and American National should be ashamed of themselves. My father died last year and we're in the process of administering his estate. My father had his home insured through American National. Jason and American Nation canceled the policy because nobody was using my father's house as their primary residence. Jason sent a 30-day written notice to my deceased dad's house, which notice USPS didn't forward to us, and then cancelled the insurance policy. We received notice from the mortgage company, rather than from Jason, that the policy had been terminated. Knowing of our situation, I would have expected at least the common courtesy of a phone call. We subsequently asked Jason for a call, and he said he was going on vacation through the end of the month. Jason basically told us to kick rocks.

My husband and I have been with State Farm for as long as I can remember and just were not happy with the service and some of the features missing from their policies (like glass coverage, 25% ROP on the 3rd year with no claims, etc.) We reached out to Jason and he provided us amazing service. We walked away with ALL our insurance moved over to American National. Better coverage and better service (and it ended up being cheaper!) - we are thrilled. Thank you Jason!
