Taxes can be monotonous! Love how H and R Block (Al Martinex) and staff keep it real, assist with my children as needed and know their stuff. Accurate taxes, friendly and flexible reception always noted!

Your prices are absolutely ridiculous. I paid 400$ for barley 20 mins of the “tax professionals” time who was also late 15 mins to my appointment. I was told at this appointment on April 20th, that I was pre approved for Washington states family tax credit. I ended up having to call them today and found out my application is still pending. It hasn’t even been approved yet. So to top it all off I got told false information. I have been using this services for the last 6/7 years. And this was by far the absolutely worst experience with you. I will no longer be using H and R block or any other company like this. You’ve finally pushed me to learned to do my own taxes.

Good lord I wish I could give 0 stars! Last year was my first full year living in Washington, after going through our taxes at the beginning of the year, my wife and I were quite surprised we owed over $5 grand! It is what it is, this is my problem. After consulting with this place, they told us to make some changes on our forms to not have to pay for the following year. July comes and we check in to see if we're on pace to not pay for next year. To our surprise, we are told we are on pace to owe just under 4 grand. Apparently some miscalculations on their part to correct our situation made things just 20% better. How are the people who are suppose to be perfect make this big of a mistake?Like I said, 0 stars.
